The hallways are too dark. There’s a step before the elevators at the sky bar, that should be signaled o labeled. My cousin fell on her knees due to this.

It’s a fun place to stay, without sacrificing comfort. The first hotel with a loud music at night that doesn’t get into the rooms or affects your night rest.

See through glass shower in the junior suite plus the wash basin in the room, not a great design choice. Otherwise fab.

Hangs for clothers should be not paper but wooden, Paper napkings should be provided in a room, breakfast staff should not hurry to take unfinished plates

Perfect location, a lot of trees and plants arround, fresh air, feeling like in a forest. Modern. A lot of customers complained about room design. But for me my room was perfect, modern and very comfortable. I could sleep with open balcony, no air con. was needed. In the morning I could listen to birds singing. Beds were extremely comfortable, as well as pillows, nice linens and towels. Breakfast was served from 6 am, what I found very convenient. Breakfast items were a little limited gor 5 star hotel but a very good quality and very delicious. Perfect bar on the upper floor, with delicious coctails. Tape water was perfect to drink. But the most important was the hotel staff. All I asked was provided after few minutes. I got slippers, bathrobe, a kettle and equipment for coffee in the room, umbrellas. Communication with the hotel staff via wats up was perfect. I would certainly recommend this hotel to stay in Medellin.

The only negative was the room was facing into the atrium and so the noise during the day meant it wasn’t peaceful in the room due to music/chatter but this was manageable, at night it was fine.

Loved the vibe in the lobby, the restaurent options. Mekong especially was so tasty! The bed was also amazing, loved the pillow options. All the staff including Daniel, Andrew and Jeff were so great! Super helpful and friendly - would recommend!

Design of room. Not enough light (dark). Difficult to see in shower and through room. Toilet stall too small. Both of us hit ourselves because there's not enough room between the swing of the door inward and the toilet (cut toe!). Lacking coffee service in room which is nice when you wake up.

Breakfast was FANTASTIC!! Loved the brioche in the Croque Monsieur and French Toast!!! Super wait staff! Bar staff a little stand-offish, but pleasant.

AMAZING HOTEL. Honestly can’t recommend the place enough. This was our first stop, we arrived incredibly jet lagged but as soon as we stepped foot in the hotel we felt completely relaxed. The staff were so attentive and made us feel at home right away. The food was excellent, the decor was stunning and the rooftop pool area was perfect - a big enough pool to swim and loungers to relax. The rooms were also beautifully decorated and there was no external noise so we had a peaceful nights sleep.

The pillows and beds were so comfortable, the free breakfast had a lot of great option, the free mini bar with Colombian products was a great touch, the roof top bar and some really trendy bars/restaurants downstairs...all in the heart of Poblado. The Click Clack is one of the trendiest places in town!

It got a little crazy on a Saturday night. As much as I loved the room at atmosphere sometimes the lighting was a bit too dark in the room. The hallways also way too dark for me :)

Loved the attention to detail and helpful staff. I wish I got to spend more time enjoying the hotel and various restaurants. Experience overall was premium! I’ve since recommended the hotel to two friends and one stayed and also really enjoyed it.

- Sink is in the middle of the room is uncomfortable - Staff was nice but were not very professional. My friend had booked the best suite and they gave him an inferior room. The compensation they offered was quite disappointing

- Nice hotel, good atmosphere - Pool and bar at the rooftop was definitely a plus - I booked a standard room, it was nice and had amazing views - Located in El Poblado, best area in Medellin
