The open bathroom and open tub. I was there with my sister so we didn't want to necessarily see each other naked like that every day.

This is not a dislike, but during our stay we weren’t able to use the swimming pool due to maintenance works. It would have been good to know this at the moment of booking. They had however an agreement with another hotel where guests could use the pool, this just wasn’t convenient for our schedule.

Loved everything From the modern décor and original concept to friendly and helpful staff. The location is also great, in a lively neighbourhood.

The bar in the rooftop had loud music up until 12pm-1am or beyond. Even on Sundays and Mondays. Hearing the subwoofer when you are trying to rest is something they need to fix or I would not stay there again.

Everything in the hotel was amazing unfortunately the parque lleras area is a huge tourist trap and they need to do something about the rampant prostitution in the area.

it doesn’t have a phone in the room in case of emergency and the door does not have a peep hole either for safety which forces you to open a door when there is someone knocking without being able to actually see the person first prior to opening the door.

i love the ambience and the concept. the fact that you also have many choices of restaurants inside of the hotel.

as above, the hot drinks also, the rooms are very eclectic with great views and amenities..... however, there are no drawers to store clothing. we had to literally live out of our suitcases. there were five cardboard hangers. there werent enough hooks in the room to hang towels or robes or wet swimsuits. The rooftop pool bar is really cool, and the pool is heated and wonderful, but they are separate from the hotel, so you cannot charge drinks or food to your room. the drinks were exorbitantly expensive! I suggest to bring a flask of your own liquor to the pool!

The staff is outstanding. Friendly, helpful, same people always around so familiar faces. They seem like a "family". Daisy, the massage therapist who comes to the room, gave one of the best massages I have ever had. Hands down. the breakfast was great, selection of fruits was outstanding and their a la carte menu was really good. the only complaint: coffee was not very good (perhaps they need to clean out their coffee machine? also my "hot tea" was lukewarm and I had to send it back a few consecutive days. I felt like the barista who was also making food was a little overwhelmed maybe...

No complaints. My stay was a slice of heaven.

My stay at Click Clack Medellin was a week in paradise. I was in town from the U.S. for a wedding and fell in love with the decor, the amenities (especially the rooftop pool), and the genuine hospitality of the staff. I will definitely stay at Click Clack the next time I return to Medellin.

I loved my stay here, most of the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, especially Jesus, Juan and David. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the breakfasts and rooftop pool/bar. This hotel is beautiful, full of lovely plants and located in a great area, walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars and cafes. I'd recommend staying here.
