It is in the main party area of town so it was a bit loud at night but with ear plugs, I had no problem sleeping.

The staff and facilities were incredible. They make everything really easy by providing a bracelet to charge your expenses to and so many services offered through the hostel. The pools (there are 2!) are really lovely to lounge by with lots of space for everyone.

Awful loud music from next door which went on and on until 3 AM or later. The rules for music in any town need to change and be enforced. It’s a big problem in Colombia which stops a lot of higher value tourism.

The place was great, it felt like an hotel. The rooms are comfortable and big. There is lookers and private fan in each bed. There is a free place to fill up water and The stuff are really nice, I was sick and they send me message to check out how I’m feeling and if I need something.

There was no curtain or mosquito net for the bottom bunks. This meant less privacy here.

This was up there with the best hostel experiences I’ve had. The pools, the food, the beds were comfy, bathroom and shower spacious, great location. My favourite thing about this hostel was THE STAFF. They were incredibly friendly and helpful and this is the most important thing for me when I stay anywhere. Thank you guys ❤️

The pool was pretty buggy, may need a better filter system. Every time we wanted to order food the kitchen was out of something and we had to pick something else, this got pretty frustrating. They also don't have their prices listed on the menu and ask you to use a bracelet to keep track of food/drink expenses. If you aren't careful, this can cause your bill to go up really quickly. Happy Hour is only at the main bar, this was not explained.

The food was not goos, very strange flavours just the chicken salad was good. They dont clean the rooms or change the towels at least you ask for it.

Loved this place. Feels like a mini high end holiday resort tucked away in Palomino. A ring of palm trees surround the pool. Staff were really great and the room was spacious and clean (we stayed in a private room with a double bed)

My room didn’t have air-conditioning. For a ‘deluxe’ room on the Caribbean Coast, that is disappointing.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming! The location of the hostel was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The rooms exceeded all my expectations, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious. As for the bar and restaurant, the service was excellent and quick.

The bar staff dosnt show you the price of the meal/drink what you just orderd. So that's an absolute no go in my opinion as they just a system where they scan a tag. No beach acces.

The staff was really nice! The food was good and quickly prepared. I really liked the pool area, to just chill and cool down. The dormfloor was mopped again in the evening because of the rain. There is a laundry service just outside of the hostel.

It would be good if they didn't charge for water. Also DO NOT do the tour to the Indigenous village which is offered through the hostel (or any in Palomino for that matter).

The staff are kind, especially Kelly who checked me in when I arrived. It's in a great location and I found it nice and relaxing. It didn't feel like too much of a party hostel like other reviews mention.

The Dreamer Hostel in Palomino exceeded all my expectations. From the moment you walk in, you feel the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The location is fantastic: right on the beach, surrounded by palm trees, with a stunning view of the ocean. The hostel itself is perfect for backpackers who want to relax and meet new people. The common areas are spacious and cozy, with plenty of hammocks to lounge in. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help with tips about the area. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and there’s even air conditioning, which is a real bonus in the warm Palomino weather. The restaurant offers delicious local and international dishes, and the pool is a great spot to cool off after a day of exploring. The Dreamer is a place where you’ll definitely want to stay longer than planned. It has everything you need for a perfect stay on the Caribbean coast!
