Amazing place! Nice swimming pool and hammocks. A bit loud at the night time, but I realise it’s normal in the Colombian sea side. 2 minutes walk in to the beach and loads of restaurants close by.

The staff really couldn’t be bothered being nice to the guests. Especially some at the bar (2 guys were ok and friendly). I felt uncomfortable ordering there, so ended up buying my drinks around the corner on the street.

The location is great, pool is very chill, internet functions well, beds slept nicely.

No mosquito nets which wasn’t a huge problem as we kept the door closed. Bathroom got dirty quickly and felt it could have done with better upkeep through our stay

Location - 1 minute walk from the beach. Staff were very accommodating when we needed to change the dates due to one of our party getting sick elsewhere. Great terrace area outside each dorm for socialising Air con was amazing

We stayed in a deluxe room with AC. The mattress on the sofa bed was old and way too soft. The room was very spacious so we did not understand why the sofa bed instead of a second bed. The insulation of the room was not good which let the cool AC out. There's no hot water in the room. Finally there are some big parties every night nearby and you can hear them pretty well from the room.

We really liked the hotel in general. The whole outdoor area is very beautifully designed and feels fantastic. It's super close to the beach. The bar and restaurant offer some very good options at a good price. The pool is super nice too.

Laundry was expensive. Suggest walking down the road to get it done for less. The cleaning person left the door to the bathroom open and mosquitos got into the room. As other reviews mentioned, keep the bathroom door closed since it is open air and bugs can get in when it is open.

What a great place to stay! We got one of the rooms with AC and it was in a quieter part of the property. Comfy bed, friendly staff, good wifi. The property is lovely and a great place to chill close to the beach and walking distance from loads of bars and restaurants. Food onsite was good. Tubing trip was very fun.

When you book a private room with a private bathroom, you expect to find more amenities, the room has plenty of space for them. The lack of them makes the experience less comfortable, but still, it is a great place. More cocktail options would be good.

The massagessssssssss were unbelievable, you must book one. Everything was good, the bar zone is great, the food from the restaurant is yummy and you have many options, and the waiting time in rush hour is not too long. I found the atmosphere around the pool great, and very comfortable.

Rooms are not as nice as on photos and food really isn’t great but there are plenty of good places outside so it’s ok since it’s near everything. WiFi did t work at all in the new part and 4g didn’t work either at the back so that’s annoying. I had hot water but the old part doesn’t which I’ve never seen outside of Colombia.

Very well located and staff was amazing. Drinks are good and fairly priced.

Great place with a wonderful mood! Location is great, just a few meters from the beach. Lovely pool. We stayed in a very comfortable room, big and clean. Restaurant was very nice and the staff very friendly, they organise a lot of events like live music with the amazing singer Juanda!! Thanks, really recommended

The bathroom in our bedroom has an open air section above the shower. Lots of mosquitos and bugs kept coming in and one day we forgot to shut the bathroom door so they got in the room. I would recommend putting up some netting in the bathroom to prevent this from happening.

The room itself was beautiful, as was the communal pool area. Drinks were reasonable as was the food, which was also very tasty.

The cold showers, I would have thought that in the private Suites there would be hot water. Also the fact that I was unable to use the safe in the room as the safe key was lost. Staff were very helpful and I ended up being upgraded to a better suite where the safe worked and the shower had hot water!

It was a nice location - close to the beach. Staff were very helpful. Beds were extremely comfortable. Room sizes were very generous and the shower size was also quite big.
