NO WIFI - NO HOT WATER - WORST STAFF EVER. Mosquitos everywhere. This hotel is very aged. It's a place for european backpackers, not for holidays. My door did not close properly so I have been wounded by mosquitos for 3 days. I'd suggest not to stay here

Its location is too close to the beach, where every night a party will take place at one of the hotels there. The music is so loud that sleeping before 3 AM is hardly possible.

The hostel is pretty dirty, beds are covered with dead flies, and the rooms smell like mold. The beds don't have any mosquito nets, though mosquitos in Palomino are extremely aggressive. Also no curtains at the bed nor air condition, the rooms were pretty hot at night, but with the mosquitos everywhere, you had to cover yourself as much as possible. Also the water tap was "broken" (already for weeks), so you had to buy the completely overpriced water at the bar there or walk 25 mins to the next supermarket. The vibe was not really social either and loud music was played the whole evening into late night (though there was not much of a party vibe going on). For the relatively high price in Colombia, it was definitely not worth staying here.

Some clothing items have been stolen from the room, we only noticed it after checking out. No hot water and full of mosquitos as there are no windows in the toilet and no mosquito nets. Staff at the restaurant/breakfast is very rude, same for the staff at the reception. At checkout they wanted to charge us 60k pesos for two juices that should have been included in the breakfast. It took more than 30 minutes to check the cameras to make sure we didn’t order the juices extra (!!!?). Fun fact: the juices in their menu cost 12-14k pesos, so the additional 60k for two was a ripoff tentative. Also, they didn’t accept cash at checkout telling that it’s too early and they don’t have change, but they are charging extra when paying by card.

very loud music every day from early and late at night until past midnight. music coming from the hostel itself but also neighbouring hostels and bars. impossible to sleep at night, then music starts up at again in the morning. also no hot water

Got food positioning from fish tacos but all other food was great. Wear mozzy spray when doing the yoga in the morning. Cold shower.

Lovely location close to the beach. Friendly staff. Cheap food and drink. Wasn’t a party hostel so we were able to relax. Reception very helpful and organised transport and tours for us.

There was techno music bumping until 3am every night, making it difficult to sleep. It was much more of a party hostel than we had expected. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re looking for a relaxing place to unwind, but if you’re down for a party, do it!

The staff was super friendly & helpful throughout our stay. The Dreamer team was the highlight!

There were no sockets beside my bed which meant I had to charge my phone beside someone elses bed or leave it on the ground charging. I was not comfortable doing this. I would prefer my phone to be near me during the night.

It was a nice hostel to just relax and chill for a few days if tired. The pool was lovely and the hammocks were nice to chill in. The hostel organised tubing and it was a great way to get to know people.

#The timetable of activities seemed to be utter nonsense. It just looked like they did activities but when you asked about them it wasn't quite the case. Mondays bike tour! (Oh no that's just if you want to hire a moped you can you the road!) Tuesday was some equal nonsense. #The credit card fee!!!! I bought some earrings up the road from a small independent stall and no credit card fee. You're a massive business you should absorb it!! It's not fair to your customers and you may find they spend more with you!! #Bunk beds shake terribly and no plugs for each bed. There was one plug in our room. No shelf or anything near the bed either. Only one big light so would wake everyone up. Front door......oh my could it have beeeeen anymore loud!!! Rooms definitely need some more finishing touches!!!! Sleeping can be an issue!
