Erika is a fantastic helpful host and receptionist who will arrange everything for you and takes care of all your wishes. The hostel is close to the Poblado metro station, it is a safe neighbourhood, full with restaurants and shops. Good value for the money you pay.

I had a room that only had a small window to the inner yard, where the breakfast area was located. Hence, it was noisy. The breakfast that was included was good but small. They charged a fee for luggage storing.

The hostel is located in El poblado. It's easy to get there by metro. There is a nice small outdoor gym close by. The hostel itself is pretty small. There is not much common space for use.

We stayed in double room with the shared bathroom. I think it’s a good value for the price considering the location. Location is really top, all the bars and restos we wanted to go were in walking distance. From the subway station Poblado to the hostel, it’s very safe to talk no matter the time. I could have preferred a better facility if I had to choose again regarding the isolation, common areas and breakfast quality. staff was very helpful and kind.

There was a fan in our room that was blowing directly at the bed which was not great (quite strong wind, no possibility to move the fan because it was attached to the wall).

The location and the security, I felt safe every day even at the beginning there were not so many internationals and suddenly I made many friends there, breakfast 5 stars, some people of staff were nice some other not, Thanks, Daniela for making the stay amazing as she speaks English we could communicate I also help the staff with translation from other languages to english.

no big locker beds were normal bunk bed and it is nicer when there is more intimacy in box or with a curtain. only once bed had plug. no light close to bed. room was not locked. breakfast starts a bit late.

It’s not very well set up for travelers, there is limited outlets and some are not grounded. The kitchen is difficult to use to cook and there is no space to put your groceries. The showers are either very hot or very cold, there is no in between. And the beds are not very comfortable.

The staff is very nice and the location is amazing. It is a quite place which is nice.

Staff didn’t show any interest at all. Were just there opening doors. Didn’t tell you anything about the neighborhood, safety, things to do or recommendations. They couldn’t be bothered at all.

The bathroom is really small and not confortable to shower in, with little to no intimacy. The kitchen is right by the communal bathrooms and the rooms, and really is quite loud, kind of bothering the sleep. Overall it is not a greatly set up hostel, with little light and space and loud because it is right on a main street.

Good price/quality relation, the breakfast was good and they provide good bedsheets.

the private rooms have windows that open directly into the kitchen area - they are glass slats that you can’t close all the way, so there really is no sound isolation or privacy.

The bedroom I was in didn't have windows and was hot as hell during the night. Couldn't sleep properly. Also their lockers are small. If you have a laptop, forget it.

The way the bedrooms are located means that you can hear everything outside. We were kept up by people in the hostel as they were literally right outside our bedroom. This was a weekend so maybe different in the week, just something to keep in mind
