The location was good, by the water. The room was good, the window facing ocean. The staff was very nice. The management was gracious enough not to charge us one night that we couldn't be there because we missed our flight due to the weather in Cusco.

In the room was missing a rubbish bin for general rubbish and also a the sign that you can hang on the door in case you don't want the cleaning service on a specific day

Need to be clearer that this is a nightclub with a hotel attached, and NOT a hotel with a nightclub attached. Pumping music until 10pm EVERY NIGHT. Also day guest get priority over seating around pool than those actually staying there.

Clean, tidy and funky little place. Breakfast and the pool were good.

Just be aware there is no beach, only sea access. And rooms are quite noisy

We do just wish it had a nice view of a beach. We are used to the Caribbean so it was an adjustment but still nice value. Some of the door structures inside rooms looks a bit worn.

We did like that it was an intimate setting. Not too many guests, the food was good. The property was very clean and the drinks were great. The customer service was amazing also. Everyone was really nice

Breakfast wasn’t the greatest.

Beautiful spot and lots of lively people to enjoy the day with. Couple nights was perfect as the party goes all day, but is perfect since they shut down the music at a decent hour.

Battery needed changing in smoke alarm outside my bedroom so the constant bleeping was not conducive to a good nights sleep. FFS change the battery.,

Heavy rain made it hard to judge as these places are designed for hot weather. Staff worked hard and did well in terms of service. Bed was super comfortable.

As it’s a small place, it’s never crowded so can properly relax. Great drinks, food (especially breakfast) and music. Friendly staff.

I liked the room, but I feel that it was short on amenities like a hairdryer and a bigger mirror. The bigger mirrors are outside, which made it a little uncomfortable when deciding what I wanted to wear.

I loved that I was able to look out and jump into the sea without too many people surrounding me. The vibe is amazing, and the staff is super nice and helpful. We got to hang out by the deck, get a tan, and cool off in the ocean. It is a peaceful and sweet place to have a relaxing time. Also no so far from downtown. We did not walk much around, but it seems like it is a great place to walk . 😀

Could hear the music loudly in the room. I was tired and couldn’t nap after being in the sun. There isn’t a beach here, but can enter the water

DJ by the pool had the SAME kind of music at ALL TIMES he was there. Boring and annoying to hangout by the pool. Needs variety and more tropical music.

The room was okay, could have been bigger and had some extra space to put clothes away.

The food was excellent and the staff were amazing, they treated us really well. Overall I had a great experience and I would recommend Wala to friends and family.

The rooms are nice but very basic, meaning with few services and accessories.

The structure is attached to the sea. The environment is quiet and comfortable. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast and food in general is excellent.

The extra bed in the room was not that comfortable. Shower did not always have really warm water.

Our room didn’t have a window but it wasn’t terrible.

The beach club vibes. The dj played nice house music everyday as the sun was setting l. The staff was super friendly, helpful and servers were excellent. The pool was nice, the ambiance and the lights were so cute. Food was great as well.

The property was great. We however prefer a quieter pool area but it is perfect for folks who want music. There was a dj and other guests loved it. It was a case of us not them. They delivered what they advertised.

The music was very loud all day (between 11h and 21h). The sound was extremely loud even in our chambers/room.
