Unfortunately, the room with 6 beds I was had very poor ventilation, making it hot during the night. While each bed had its own ventilator, they make a terrible sounds. Maybe other don’t have a problem, but I could not sleep because of the noise. The kitchen could be also improved.

It a nice hostel in a good neighborhood. I found the bed comfortable, the toilets and showers clean.

Great hostel located in downtown. Huge multistorey facility with rooftop, large, cool common areas - and a full functioning bar. Perfect Wi-Fi, lockers, comfy beds. Nice atmosphere, good staff, very clean and social, a wonderful place for a long stay. Highly recommended

Easy going, flexible hostel in nice neighbourhood. Quickly feels like a laid back home. Simple, clean rooms and bathrooms, nice coffee next to the hostel. Cute rooftop.

Check-in took quite awhile.

Nice people. The new cleaning lady was really sweet, and very helpful with me in the kitchen. Lots of different common spaces, including a roof terrace, and a ping pong table. Comfortable bunkbeds and lots of locker space. Each bunkbed had it's own electrical outlet, fan, reading light, and little shelf, which was really nice. Felt like a very safe neighborhood.

The staff was not terribly friendly and didn't seem to speak English. My room was probably the furthest from the common areas and wi-fi was not too great in the room. It seemed to be better near the kitchen. The hostel seemed to be intertwined with the coffee shop next to it, which played music all day. I could hear the music in my room throughout the day. Fortunately, it closed early evening, so sleeping wasn't an issue.

I had a private room and bathroom, which was comfortable and good air con. The room was spacious and included a "closet" area outside the bathroom with shelves to hang clothes and store other items. The shared kitchen was well stocked with plenty of plates, bowls and coffee cups, both large and small. It even had 3 blenders.

-as seems to be the norm, no sound-proofing so there was noise coming into the room but nothing some ear plugs couldn't fix!

- friendly staff member - smooth check in. - comfortable room - ceiling fan, place to hang clothes, wall lamp, plugs, comfy bedding, towels. - everywhere was clean. - nice shower with hot water. - the hostel and the surrounding area was trendy and lively - cool vibes. Supermarket a few doors down. Lots of bars, restaurants, cafes, shops. - taxi at 5am took 20 minutes to get to the airport which was really convenient to catch my flight.

The view from the rooftop its really good. Also the art on the hostel walls is wonderful and shows the beauty of Colombia. For the ones who don't like cooking, the hostel has coffee shop whith delicious cakes, diverse bake goods options and really good coffee drinks.

Lovely place to spend the night, in a great area of Bucaramanga with restaurants and a huge park around. Rooms have lockers, facilities are kepped clean.

The only minus is that there is a very popular cafe next door and they play music really loud from morning till evening.

The private room with bathroom was spacious, clean and fresh. AC worked well. The common areas were nice. Thea area is really nice and safe and there were lots of differents restaurants and botique shops.

The dorms are small and the noise of the common area comes inside. Also the window of the dorm is looking towards the common space so all light comes in the room in the night. Which can be a problem if you don’t have an eye mask to sleep.

1. Because Bucaramanga is not really a touristy destination there are not many hostel options, but yet the hostel is very nice located and bring other travelers together. 2. The staff was really nice and friendly. 3. They have a kitchen to use and they have free coffee in the morning :)

Normally we try to avoid writing negative comments, but we paid for a private bathroom and the shower was not fit for purpose. The hot tap and the showerhead were both missing and the hot tap on the sink didn't work. We ended up using the shared showers, which worked perfectly and always had hot water. The kitchen area and fridges were filthy. We had intended to cook while there and this put us off. We were glad there were so many great food options around (the cafe nextdoor, BACCA, Mia Nonna & Chicken Box Rotisserie were our favourites). The roof terrace is not in keeping with the rest of the hostel, but we got the impression that refurbishment may have been in progress, so maybe it was next as there were lots of building materials and equipment around.

This hostel had a very modern vibe, especially in the common areas, and the cafe next door was amazing! The room was comfortable and had good storage. They stored our luggage for us after we checked out until we departed in the evening. José was particularly warm, welcoming and helpful.

Lovely property with staff who go above and beyond. I had an issue on my first night and the staff went the extra mile to correct the situation. Lovely courtyard, great coffee shop next door, reliable wifi, hot water showers, free tours available with the staff. Safe location with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend.
