Very nice and big apartment, renovated and well equipped. We asked for earlier check-in (1hr earlier) it was accepted but they forgot us so entrance code didn’t work until contact reception. Place was not comfortable for stroller. There are stairs after building entrance, before elevator and from elevator to apartment. Plus door to the street were quite narrow to fit stroller easily. Quite hard to get out and in for one person with baby and stroller.

After negotiating, we got the apartment in a good location. The reception was responsive during our stay. We did not have to return keys to the main reception (as initially being told) since our flight was at 6 am. We were able to leave them in the apartment upon our departure.

You'll find out the exact location of your stay after the booking. You will need to show up at the reception on Masna and they will give you keys for an exact location which could be anywhere in the center of Prague. The apartment was very simply furnished, not like on pictures.

Beds. I understand that the Czech people don’t mind putting two single beds together and calling it double, however, the comfort is lost when you end up in the dip between during the night.

Size of the room! AC was not working and the room was 26 degrees. Also, they dont provide extra pillows.
