Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe room we stayed in felt very run-down, with noticeable signs of wear and tear. The bathroom, unfortunately, didn’t feel clean.
Dream Catchers is a spacious venue with a lot of potential, spacious rooms and pretty landscapes but unfortunately, it falls short in delivering value for money. While the space is large and could be transformed into something truly special, it feels quite basic as it stands. One major drawback is the shared kitchen, which might not appeal to everyone, especially for the price point. The overall atmosphere is lacking. it’s quiet, and doesn’t have the inviting or vibrant energy one might expect. If I had paid full price, I would have been quite disappointed, as the experience doesn’t justify the cost. That said, if some effort was put into improving the atmosphere and facilities, this could be a much more appealing space. Right now, it feels like it’s a work in progress rather than a finished offering.a bit of construction going on but that was message once I booked.

United KingdomThey lacked the basics. They didn't have enough beach towels so we ended up having to share one. The shower was old and barely had any pressure. The curtain rail fell off while trying to close the curtains. The soap for the shower was cheap.
The staff are very helpful and friendly and the location is good. The pool is nice.

NetherlandsWe stayed here for a weekend, and while the hotel itself is beautiful and the room was spacious and comfortable, our experience was pretty disappointing. The entire weekend we had little to no running water, and when it did work, it was only for about 10 minutes at a time—and always cold. We told the staff about it several times, and although they kept saying they would fix it, nothing really changed. What made it worse was that the hotel had all weekend to solve the problem but didn’t. As compensation, they gave us just $14, saying it was out of their control due to city water limitations. That didn’t feel truthful though, since our neighbors told us they had hot water the whole time. Another small downside was the Wi-Fi, which was very limited. That wasn’t a big deal for us, but it might be an issue if you’re planning to work remotely. Overall, the hotel looks great, but the water issues and how they handled it made our stay disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless these problems are sorted out.

CanadaCockroach’s, power outage and no staff on site to help when needed. The hotel is not on the beach, you have to walk down. It’s on the same side as the beach… but not right on the beach… also loud Reno’s beside us woke us up daily.

United Statesunfortunately the facility, odd design (windows where people can see into your bedroom) sharing kitchen spaces and appliances with other people, make this more like a hostel type of situation which would have been nice to know before you book at this "hotel". One of the rooms given to us had a known issues with humidity smell, appears wasn't used much, bugs on the bed for the lack of usage of this room, yet they offer to switch us despite they had a vacancy sign on at the front (we took pictures). We saw a couple having sexual intercourse in the pool/little jacuzzi in front of other guests sharing the pool. Definitely a Dreamcatcher experience... more of nightmare.
The only positive about the hotel was the location

Costa RicaThe room that they assigned us, number 0, is extremely uncomfortable, the bathroom is tiny, and that we are small people, I can't imagine a person of 1.80 or more using the bathroom. It has a bed in the upper part of the room and the stairs to access it are very dangerous for any type of person. The hotel being next to the street, it is impossible to sleep after 5:30 a.m. due to vehicular traffic
