We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

UkraineWe stayed on the top floor and had wonderful views of the mountains as well as access to the premier lounge which had food and drinks available all day at no charge. Unfortunately, we did not use the pool but we ate at the restaurant in the pool area and the food and drinks were exceptional. The breakfast buffet available each morning had many selections and a made to order omelette chef. The hotel is about 10 minutes to downtown San Jose and is close to the airport. The room was well accommodated and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

United StatesI was given upgrade for $25 a night for Suite I had stayed in before #134. Went to lunch since not ready. They switched and Amanda wanted to actually not refund. 4 people and she said refund would be a month and wanted to charge more for smaller suite. I had moved in so stayed payed $25 x4. I would have given the hundred in tips ask the other staff. The room was available and more to story but she apparently wasn't happy I got upgrade for $25. Not my problem. Apparently people only gave authority to charge more. I thought maybe they would refund one day since I left early. Reservation was initially a commit to dates for better rate but it left me with a bad experience that was unnecessary. Money was a zero issue for me. I was there for Dental and spent $20000. I have told others about your hotel. The original two people who helped me knew the deal. Unfortunate! 3048208997

GermanyArranging the airport transfer was a joke, No less than four days of email back and forth. Then pre-arranged pick-up airport shuttle service would not pick us up. They were at the airport but would not take my group or another that was there. Hotel money exchange is per room, not per person. (if/when available) The dinner buffet is absolute trash! Breakfast is okay but the service was rather poor compared with all of the other places we stayed during our 14 days. The front baggage handler was angrily explaining to me that a local ride service was illegal when I was dropped off.
The onsite Japanese restaurant prepared a wonderful meal with excellent service. A tad pricey but Japanese cuisine isn't known to be affordable. Customer service was quick to respond when the safe was locked by a previous guest.

United StatesThe food the all inclusive package had the same meal every night. A wider selection would have been nicer. Please add more for vegan eaters. Or even more of a fish selection. I ate at your Japanese restaurant and the sushi was frozen it was awful, however the restaurant accommodated me which was really nice of them to do. I think your hotel was kind of annoyed because my friend who was traveling with me complained pretty much about what was going on and they didn't care to hear about it.The hotel is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location and it's sad to get that kind of service when it could be an awesome hotel. I blog about my travels and have a large following I didn't care to write about the hotel because I didn't want to write anything negative about you. Just hope that you can improve because you can be in a awesome hotel.
My room was awesome I enjoyed the view I had of San Jose the city and the park. The VIP lounge was very nice including the 2 people that were working in the lounge through my stay. They were awesome.

Staff were friendly, but seemed to have no idea what was included with the pre-paid meals which was really frustrating. They really should give guests a printout of what is included with the meals and where they are located.

United KingdomStaff unhelpful, uninterested and try to avoid you when you need them. The suit we booked was next to road and from 4am workers start digging the road!!! So noisy that we could not possibly sleep! In the morning when I told the receptionist he pretended that he didn't Know and thanks me to tell him! We paid for one of the best rooms that simply was room with very very tired furniture and broken door next to road!!! Restaurant food was the worst food ever I have had in 5 star hotels, two portions of vegetarian pasta cost 50 USD and it was basically half cock pasta with very bad quality cheese and tomatoes ! Also staff in restaurant so uninterested to give you any service! On check out they told us we can not have taxi from the front door because VIP guests are supposed to arrive!!! They guide us to back door car park and we had to stay 20 minutes on car park under hot sunshine, without anybody pay any attention to us!!! The shop inside the hotel is just a joke, they charge 3 times more then real price! Overall this must be the worst 5 star hotels in San Jose ! Don't go if you don't want headaches for every little things.
