Slight lack of privacy for our room as it was right next to the restaurant. The room was very sparce and could have been more comfortable, only 1 night stand for 2 beds, no garbage can in room, no where to hang things, no art on walls. One of our 2 beds was very uncomfortable, unfortunately.

Great views for breakfast, nice staff, and great location for being in Drake Bay. The breakfast for 10$ was really nice (I recommend the typical breakfast!). The AC was nice and needed, and you could easily book tours and a taxi through the hotel. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and the garden area around the hotel was very nice.

If you want to purchase breakfast you must order it the evening before by 7pm. Also if you can't handle stairs then stay away (and leave these rooms for the rest of us!)

This place was paradise. We stayed in a 2 bedroom ocean view cabin and could have easily spent our entire time just on the balcony. Location could not be better within town, close to everything but you won't hear any traffiic, just ocean waves. Lots of great restaurants close by (we loved Bucanero's which was just 5 min walk to the west) plus the hotel restaurant likely has best view in town. Finally this place has daily maid service, I'd forgotten how amazing that is!!!

Not much to say, maybe the Wi-Fi didn’t work very well, but we didn’t come for that to this remote location. Would you have to know is, you have to climb a number of stairs to get to this hotel, but staff will help you with the luggage if needed.

Very convenient location up on the hill, just five minutes from the beach and also from where the boat tours start in the morning. Excellent view from the restaurant Terrace to the ocean, we also spend here an afternoon having a Batida watching Tucan and Macaws fly by. Excellent staff, they prepared breakfast as early as 5:30 a.m. for an on-time start to our multi day trip into Corcovado, also we were allowed to leave our car on their private parking lot for theattime we were in the national park. Truly outstanding service. The rooms are spacious and very clean, large bathrooms, well working A/C.

The drain in our sink started slow and then stopped. The counter man came quickly and kind of fixed it once. Since we were only there for two nights, we didn't ask for further help and just worked around it.

Location @ the top of the hill overlooking Drake Bay. Open air dining patio was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful staff. They carried my wife's bag up and down the hill to our car. The food was great.

Bathroom could have been better.

Very close to the beach where tours to Corcovado and isla cano leave from. The family room was awesome. Breakfast available from 5:20am. Super friendly staff, let us store luggage in room during our overnight tour

It is not secure from bugs as we had multiple beetles coming in under the door to the room. The safe is just a box that a burglar could take with them as it's small and easy to carry. No pool and 100 very steep steps to get to the hotel. Nowhere to put your clothes either. Nice but expensive for what it is.

Great view from the breakfast area of the hotel and straight off the beach too. Bed was huge and comfortable.

Yes, there are some stairs, but you get rewarded with the most beautiful view.

We had a great time here! The staff was super helpful, the rooms are large and clean with a fridge and airconditioning. The view is amazing! Close to everything in Drake Bay.

The water in the bathroom was a bit brown, we were told it was due to the raining (but it rains almost daily)

Beautiful views from the dinning area and in general. Bathroom was very new and in general lot of space and comfortable. Staff very helpful. The food, both breakfast and dinner was really good.

The shower pressure isn’t always great and the water isn’t always hot.

The location was amazing, walking distance to the main beach, various restaurants and supermarket. We booked the room with the hot tub and couldn’t be happier. We spent every afternoon in our balcony and saw so much wildlife such as toucans, capuchins, eagle, iguanas and so much more. Odir is amazing and made our trip so perfect. He helped us out so much with our questions before and during the trip.

We stayed at the family bungalow for 3 nights as we did a tour to Caño Island and a day trip to Corcovado. Our room was incredibly spacious, clean, and well maintained. The AC was especially appreciated given the humidity. This place is a real value in Drake Bay: a 2 min walk to the main beach with incredible views of the bay. The location is probably the best in the entire town. You do have to walk up 77 steps from the bungalow to the reception/ dining area, so be prepared for that. But the friendly staff helped carry our luggage from the boat to the hotel, and they are very prepared for 5:30am breakfasts for 6am tour departures.

The shower head could be replaced with a more modern one, but that's the only (very minor) thing we could complain about!

Our stay was amazing! The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room (or rather little bungalow) we stayed in was just perfect. It seems recently renovated, and had all the necessary amenities and just seemed very cozy. The view from the terrace was unparalleled and it was also great to fall asleep at night listening to the waves and the jungle. We would definitely stay here again!

The bathroom was good, but of lesser quality compared to the rest of the accommodation.

This place has rooms with amazing views. We just enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the bay with all its birds.

Rather than two small double beds we would have preferred one larger double bed given the size of the room, and just a personal preference but we prefer white sheets in hotel rooms!

We really enjoyed our stay here - the room was clean and well appointed, and we took the room with the tub on the balcony which was stunning! We didn’t take breakfast as it is cheaper in town, but this was overall an excellent choice to stay in Drake Bay, especially convenient for the Sierpe boat point. There are quite a few stairs to get to your room but you are rewarded with the best views in drake bay, so we thought it was well worth it!

The location is great, very close the restaurants and beach. The hotel is quite high up, with great views but there are quite a lot of steps to get there from the road. A pain if you have heavy luggage but it wouldn’t put me off booking. Just be aware, it’s a bit of an effort

Beautiful views, super friendly staff. Great breakfast. Didn’t try the restaurant in the evening but the menu looked decent.
