It’s a great concept and the staff is great. However, the facilities need to be updated and better taken care of. It could be an amazing property and therefore the experience could be a lot better.

Relaxed hotel environment. Plenty of public spaces to read, swim or just relax. Very helpful staff. A couple of restaurants and a small supermarket within walking distance.

Unfortunately, the facilities need update. I was Suprise not having a TV in the Room. The Pool was supposed to acclimated, but it wasn't.

The focus on adult only and LGBTI friendly is the best attribute of this hotel. The staff was excellent, and they try to give the best. The Food services, although limited, the quality was great.

I expected the room to be dated because it’s an older property but it could be cleaner. i.e., the shower head is molded and the drain doesn’t work very well. I have to stand in the shower with overflowing water. The towels, bed sheets, and pillowcases could also be cleaner. There was a smell of mold in my room as well.

The staff were amazing! They were friendly and accommodating. The proximity of the property to convenience stores, pharmacies, coffee shops, restaurants, and bars was also great. It is located about 15 minutes away to downtown San Jose. Uber costs between $6-7 which is very affordable.

The premises are due an upgrade which we understand is happening. The place feels a little tired to look at although the vibe is great. We liked the location although you need a cab if you are heading into town.

The staff at the hotel are absolutely lovely and were very generous with their time, knowledge, and cocktail pours! We were made to feel welcome which was great.

The bed was not very comfortable. I could not figure out how to turn on the shower.

Nice place, needs some updating and definitely air conditioning in rooms. Toilets are small and very low. The wifi worked nicely. The people were great. I'll go back.

The size of the hotel the friendly staff the whole set up is nice. The shared balconies and small living room like lounge area shared by rooms was fun and a good idea.

The set up of the hotel is fine The rooms need a refresh tired decor bathroom looked awful . The staff was nice and friendly and very helpfull with any inquiries . The price is very decent which is why I would return there anyhow.

Rooms are a bit outdated, and be aware that in the evenings there are party events, so in case you are noise sensitive only go to bed once the party is over ;)

Great location to have a fun evening amongst other gay people. Bar, Drag Show, fun people around. Highly recommend for an overnight stay in San Jose.
