    Nothing.

Incredible property … the casitas, the pool, the vegetation and the management! Beautiful people with beautiful land and dwellings. Kitchen and bath were so great … the outside patio and hammock! Also location is so quiet in the beach jungle forest. The howler monkeys are incredible.

Good, needs improvement. Pool cannot be used after 11am, as water is too hot. Tap water not potable.

A few things to consider: 1. Water is not potable. The area has problems with water. Buy your own bottled water. We were not told this in advance. 2. This is the most important point. When we chose this place we did it mainly because of its pool, since the place is not on the beach. Unfortunately, the pool is completely unusable after 11 am, as the water becomes hot like a jacuzzi due to the heat and sun (the pool has no shade). It would be good if they installed a pump that keeps the water fresh and cool, so that the pool can be used after 11 am when is so hot and not render it completely useless. 3. Be mindful of your expectations. The photos that appear are of all the available rooms and not necessarily the one you rent. In our case, we thought we were going to get a different room than the one we were finally given. A little disappointed here. 4. The sheets, towels, and shower curtain were clean but stained. It would be good to renew them. 5. Even though we stayed for 5 days, we were not offered to clean the room or change the sheets or towels. It would be good to be more proactive in that area of customer service. I even had to go out and ask for an extra roll of toilet paper!

Diego, his wife, and his daughter are excellent. Always attentive, helpful, and very quick to respond. The place is nice and well-stocked. It has everything one needs, with the opportunity to some improvements in infrastructure and service.
