Walls are thin, first night my neighbour fell asleep with TV on, that I heard whole night We agreed on a price with the son of owner to drive me to the nearby hot springs, but after the trip he asked for extra money, saying it was further than he thought (he did not tell me, he hadn't been there before, I assumed he knew the place)

We were charged over the booking.com price. They advertise a coffee maker in the room but there is no coffee maker, please correct listing.

The room had 1 double bed and 2 singles. 1 private bathroom and was on the second floor. It was very clean but you should take with you your own hygiene products as they don't provide soap or shampoo. Not a bad place really but in my personal opinion it would be just to go and rest and then move on to explore elsewhere, there's a convenience store around the corner and you can go to the terrace to take air, smoke or just talk but there's really not much to do or see.

Took a bit for the Air Conditioning to reduce the temperature in the room, however once the temp dropped it was very nice.

Nice female owner who gave me space to enjoy myself without being interrupted.

The common areas could use a refresher. There isn't really a place to sit down.

It is very basic but just for one night it's ok. It was very hot, but there's an A/C (no fan). The room was very clean!!! Compliments for that.

The bathroom was very basic, the shower was just a pipe coming out of the wall and the toilet seat needed replacing.

The host was very welcoming and helpful. The room was a good size and had air-conditioning so it was decent value for money. The location was good, very close to the centre of town.

The location is awesome if you want to walk downtown. It's very close. Also.. if you arrive by bus it is very close to the terminal. Only a few minutes walk. Wifi was good and everything was clean. We also had an air conditioning in our room which was necessary. We could use the kitchen but since we didn't we can't really say a lot about it.

Just a little rough and too basic. Not clean, almost nothing inside except beds and one table, no evening light, and even no soap in the bathroom. Dirty conditioner which is not maintained well (it needs to be cleaned once per 6 months, otherwise conditioner becomes harmful to your lungs). Even for a technical on-night stand, a $40 hotel room should be cleaner and better equipped.

Nice guesthouse on a top location. Feels safe and close to the busstations. The room was simple and basic but everything was clean and taken care of. The owners were friendly and helpful.
