Our room had a leaking ceiling - right over the bed, and we had a huge rain storm that night. Not good. We reported at check out so they could address.

Pool area, grounds beautiful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. Staff was responsive and helpful.

Be sure to check your final bill. Somebody charged their lunch to our room, whilst we were out at the beach. Reception resolved the issue once we queried the charge.

Beautiful maintained gardens, with monkeys jumping from tree to tree. A great size pool to cool off in and decent sized clean rooms. Staff were super friendly and were happy to deal with any requests.

Food was pretty darn bad. Yogurt warm and soupy. Toast weirdly spongy. Papaya had odd flavor. Omelet eggs overcooked. Bacon all fat. I informed receptionist and she could've comped the $15 (not much to the free breakfast, but you can purchase extra), but she charged anyway.

the restaurant wasn’t open but the owner did offer to help us order food in

spacious room. We booked this as a one night stop over but was actually had a lovely time. my children loved the pool and monkeys jumping all around the trees. The grounds were lovely with lots to see and spot. Breakfast was nice.

Jaco Hotel DoceLunas was the nicest hotel that we stayed in in Costa Rica. It is a beautiful, scenic location. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Loud music in the restaurant at breakfast time. Why? Breakfast OK but not the best we had in Costa Rica. Some dog owners failed to keep their dogs under control and we had a yapping daschund above our heads and around the pool.

Queen room was a very good size. Clean and comfortable. Pool was nice too and we were joined by the white faced monkeys. Staff were lovely. Well away from the hustle and bustle of town

food was ok, not great. The amount of fruit served with breakfast was a smaller portion than other places we stayed.

This is a beautiful property surrounded by lush gardens. Lots of songbirds, macaws and monkeys! The pool is large and lovely and is lit up for night swimming. The room and bathroom was big and nice looking. Lots of places to put your things. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The airport transportation they arranged was great. It’s a short taxi to the beach, restaurants and shopping. There is a small store just steps away.

It could have been closer to town, but taxi's were cheap and the hotel had no noise.

The room we had was large and amazing. The bed was clean and comfortable. The gardens and the pool are really awesome. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice large pool surrounded by lush tropical plants. Large comfortable room and bed. Very helpful staff at front desk, and all spoke good English. Decent restaurant again with good staff.

Beautiful large tropical garden. Pool is nice and surrounded in garden. Staff is efficient and nice. Food is quite good and reasonably priced. We had a very enjoyable week long stay.
