We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The girl at the reception was very nice and helpfull, she was doing reception, service, waiters and all. Very nice person thanks to her. The place was beautiful, the room was big and very clean and the parking was secure

CanadaThere was not anything to not to like, for us. However, I can see some foreign tourists not liking the property because it is basic albeit comfortable & clean (and, secure).
The property was just outside the center of Liberia so it was convenient for exploring this small city better known for its airport (15 km south). The property is family-owned and its care is obvious: the cleanliness, the professionalism of its staff, its delicious breakfast (included) & general overall appropriateness for our purpose.

FinlandA glass of cup in the bathroom would have been nice (since you already have a cup holder). Also moving the toilet paper roll to the other side would make using it easier.
The staff was very friendly from the first contact through messages. It is a nice basic overnight hotel. We did not need a pool or a restaurant, the room was nice and clean. Ac and hot water function well.
