Pool, view, clean, good communication, parking

Trains pass by frequently and honk loudly. Once you experience how people drive in Costa Rica, you’ll understand why the trains honk; they want to avoid accidents! It woke me up a couple of times, even though we were so high up, but we had the windows open instead of using the air conditioning. Otherwise, everything was fantastic, and you will be absolutely satisfied with the accommodation! :)

Beautiful, luxurious accommodation. The view from the window is unbeatable. Excellent security makes you feel very comfortable. The accommodation also offers access to a game room, pool, washer and dryer, etc. Communication is excellent as well. A recommendation for staying longer :) Note: To open the door, you need to gently swipe your palm across the display to activate the numbers. Only then can you enter the code to unlock the door. It's important to activate the display as instructed. You will be absolutely satisfied with the accommodation! :)

We had to activate the host (we never met in person!) several times via the booking email system (unfortunately no other way to contact. This was due to two small mishaps - warm water production did not work (apparently switched off), and batteries of the flat lock were weak. I suggest a more diligent check before the rental to a new client. In the end, all these problems were solved without too much hassle.

Stunning view, Extremely helpful and friendly staff as concierge, very well organized condominium. The rooftop pool was never crowded at the times we used it, and it is very special. The fotos are not exaggerating.

No balcony but assume that was in the listing.. Double bed instead of a queen. Sofabed not for an adult. No salt and pepper and lack of dish towel or drainboard. No bedside lights only the overhead so either no light or harsh for watching TV or anything else. Minor inconveniences. Would stay again.

Location for us as close to appointments. Also close to large mall(not walking distance) Cooking facilities with sufficient dishes etc for 2. Lots of food choices nearby. Parking and I think the pool although we didn't use it. Air conditioning quiet and view spectacular. Reasonably quiet even if it is on a busy street. This unit 2009 on the side away from the commuter train.

Nothing, everything was good

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay:, comfortable bed, cooking appliances, great view and the unit was very safe, the staff from the building were kind. It had a good gym and pool. Close to nice restaurants and in a safe area.

Could use a more comfortable bed (a king size with good mattress maybe?).

Centrally located with needed places close by. Rooftop pool and grill area was wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable with convenience of small kitchen. We felt very safe with lots of on site security. Overall, it is very good for the price which is why this was my 2nd stay at this property and I will probably stay there again in the future. Ileana is very responsive to questions before and during stays at the property.

Only accessible to registered guests so I was unable to invite friends over for drinks or food.

Hostess provided great communication throughout the trip with a super easy check-in along with clear instructions for using the facility. Fantastic location with easy access to everything. Felt very safe and was able to walk to restaurants, banks, shopping, etc. Great views of the city from the 20th floor, especially at night.

The stove wasn’t working but they had an alternative. Washing clothes requires an app and the app required a Costa Rican phone number

The kitchen could have been a little better equipped but it was adequate.

Great location that was very convenient to all kinds of restaurants and a grocery store. The owner was very kind and responsive. The property had a great gym and beautiful rooftop pool area with a great view of the city and surrounding mountains (before the daily clouds consumed the city and after they lifted in the evening!). I was in Costa Rica for medical travel but there were day tours available to see surrounding natural attractions such as the volcanoes, waterfalls, coffee plantations, rain forest and beaches.

This clean and comfortable apartment is located in one of the safest areas of San José province next to two shopping mall that offer all you need from supermarkets to restaurants and different shops. The gym and pool with a stunning view over the city are wonderful, access to the building is easy, WiFi is fast, and Illeana, the owner of the flat, is super responsive and polite. Absolutely recommended.

check in / payment was the worst! It tainted an otherwise pleasant experience. Poor communication. Host needs to fix payment procedure that she admitted was poor.
