I should have chosen my room with more care.

On my previous stay, I had a single room with a private bath. My room was a little small for this visit. It was my fault for not checking out all of the options. I will stay here again but choose another room.

Because of its central location traffic noise is quite loud, particularly an issue in the evening when motorcycles seem to intentionally drive around and around the plaza out front just to be heard and the windows must all be kept open for ventilation. This continues until after 11pm making sleeping more difficult. Also having only one window in my room meant leaving the room door open as well as the curtains if I wanted cross ventilation while inside. The room was quite small and basic but fine for what I was paying. The free parking was only one or at most two spaces on-site with availability limited especially during the 4 days the restaurant is open, though alternate parking arrangements cover some of the other time periods. Finding the hostel itself was very difficult while arriving by car as both signage was small and the frontage is somewhat buried in the midst of commercial establishments on a very busy street with no place to stop or legally park. Also one way streets made my need to drive past multiple times quite tricky. Despite my GPS telling me I had arrived I did not find it until I had parked semi-legally around the corner in some kind of e-parking space with no idea where or how to pay and walked back to the actual location. There I found no answer to pushing the small buzzer button, though I had not realized I was there earlier than the 2 pm checkin time and the owners had simply not yet arrived, which I found out when they responded to the phone message I then left for them. All went smoothly a few minutes later when they arrived and called me at the nearby cafe where I waited. It is actually way simpler and easier for those travelers arriving on foot, which I think is how most hostel patrons travel.

Great interior garden which is also a restaurant 4 days a week. Beautiful and friendly resident Bengal cat as well as wonderful vegetation with lots of seating and tables. Owners are very gracious and accommodating. Everything was quite clean including the shared bathrooms and common areas. Interesting fellow travelers were easily met in the evening for conversation in several lounge areas. VERY inexpensive cost for either small shared hostel room or private room with shared bathrooms. Somewhat more cost for private room with private bath. Location is in center of town and very walkable, as well as convenient to public transportation. Close to restaurants and shopping. Has an available small refrigerator in one lounge area. Wi-Fi throughout. Felt safe and secure.

Two things. The hardware on their lockers were extremely flimsy, such that a child could break in with ease. I had brought a padlock but it wouldn't fit, and I had to use my suitcase lock. The other thing is that the pillows were terrible and badly need replacing.

The location is actually perfect. Though they had a restaurant there I took most of my breakfast and other meals at local sodas rather than at the Hostel..

It says free parking but there wasn't any for us because what they have wasn't available (it seems to only be 1 spot in the garage in the entrance). The parking garage around the corner allows for overnight parking, it wasn't too bad, I think like 4,000CRC.

The location is right in the center, directly across from the town square and next to the church. You have easy access to everything. They have free DIY coffee, and the rocking chairs were very comfortable. The garden restaurant is cute.

For a Hostel it doesn't have a real shared kitchen. And being on the main street it was a little noisy.

Great staff. Located right across from city Park. With access to many great destinations nearby. Open air restaurant inside, with live music. A fun place to be.

Room 7 had a problem with the toilet and it smelled really bad if the door was open :( Ask for a different room if it hasn’t been fixed yet :)

Great place and simple place to stay in Grecia. The woman at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to her if you had a great dinner nearby. Near to the local market where we had a perfect breakfast.

Charming interior vine covered patio w/ juice bar + small restaurant. Well managed place: would stay there again. Ask for the upstairs room behind juice bar for a full stack n flavor stay.

It’s not a true hostel in the sense that you cannot cook or feed yourself. There is a mini fridge and hot kettle that is it. The bed was just a thick mat so it was very hard to sleep. I also didn’t like that the pin on the door changed 3 times without telling me so I had to figure out how to get in another way.

I like the location and how affordable it is. The house cats are awesome.

We were there on Sunday so restaurant wasn't open until noon, and no kitchen available to cook in. AC didn't work.

Good restaurant downstairs. Staff was kind and helpful and allowed us to adjust our length of stay. Tea and coffee and a shared mini fridge was available outside our room.

Overlooking the parque central, two blocks from the bus station to the airport, good food, good beer. Noise from town centre traffic in the evening but quiet at night. A balcony to use overlying the town centre and a garden at the back
