People have commented on the road leading to the cabins. It is indeed rough and I would not want to try to bring a car. However, we had an appropriate vehicle and thought it added to the charm of the place and gave us the feel of being out in the jungle away from others. It was about a 30 minute drive to La Fortuna on some really curvy narrow roads. Again, not a problem for us because we knew this and planned for it. You would not want to stay here without a vehicle. We would love for there to have been more screens on windows so that we could have left windows open at night instead of using the air conditioner.

The rooms have amazing views of Arenal volcano. The giant windows overlooking the volcano were certainly a highlight of the facilities. Everything seemed fairly new and clean. Behind the cabins was some amazing jungle with a short hiking trail. We didn't eat the breakfast so can't comment on that. The location is super close to Mistico Hanging Bridges so we made a point to the be the first ones at the park so that we could avoid the crowds.

You are in the middle of nowhere here, just you and nature. And all the nature you can watch from the jacuzzi hot tub and down to the floor windows 😍 absolutely amazing 👏 🤩 👌

Since the facility is in the rainforest, there is a lot of wildlife around the bungalow, and inevitably some insects got inside. Also, despite information saying the dry season goes from December-April, it rained nonstop and we had no view of the volcano at all over three days. If you want to have any chance of seeing Arenal volcano, you should go January-March

The facilities were very nice, clean, quiet and secluded. Excellent for someone who wants a quiet place off the beaten path. However, the road to get there is very rough, so an SUV and 4x4 is probably a must to reach this property.

While it was mentioned that the access road was not in good condition, there is a patch of a couple hundred meter which is really, really bad. A recommendation of 4WD would have been appropriate.

In the rainy season a 4x4 cat is really useful. I still managed with a normal one but was tough.

I did not like the smell of the water in the jacuzzi and room need it to be more clean. Dirty stain curtains and sofa bed was also a little dirty with a funky smell.

The road to get here is ALOT. Make sure you are comfortable driving at least 10min on an unpaved gravel road full of rocks. Would not recommend taking a car down here.

Beautiful property about 30min from La Fortuna town. Views when the volcano wants to come say hi are amazing. Spa in the room and a nice bed bed made for a comfortable stay. Really nice staff go and find some frogs with them!

The access road should be improved. There were a couple of rutted, rocky hills that were passable but challenging without a 4x4.

The cabins were tucked away from the main road, very quiet, beautiful volcano views, clean and comfortable furnishings, breakfast was served at the Mistico Hanging Bridges which is just about a mile away.

Getting there wasn't easy. Fortunately, we rented a car, but part of the route is a rough, rocky road. Also, be sure to bring insect repellent; it's always wise when you're in the wild.

We were enchanted by the serene and picturesque setting. The peace and beauty were captivating. In the evenings and mornings, the sounds of nature were soothing. At night, we saw fireflies, and in the morning, we woke up to the stunning view of the volcano. There's a short trail for hiking behind the property, where we also spotted some small wild animals.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The view is breathtaking, Cesar was amazing and breakfast was delicious. If you want a beautiful secluded place this is definitely it. The only thing I regret is not staying longer.

Bad road to get there.

The location was a little removed, but that was the best aspect. Everything well organized. The breakfast was a nice basket of goodies Loved the place.
