It was my wife's birthday while we were there and I organised a reservation via the whats ap contact they give you for one of the restaurants with champagne on arrival. When we got there, they didn't have any record of the booking, meaning the experience/surprise was slightly ruined. They did provide us with the bubbles on their house in the end, but a shame this happened but didn't ruin the rest of the experience. On arrival you are giving a lot of information on the hotel, but some information on the local area would have been helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay though and had an amazing time!

The staff went above and beyond and were always so helpful and friendly. The location is good, a little way from the beach but the hotel have a shuttle that takes you down so that wasn't an issue. The rooms were huge, comfy and had everything we needed including a great view. They have a few restaurants/places to eat on site which all offered good choices and always tasty.

The water in our room stopped working about an hour before we checked out which was inconvenient and we didn’t get any apology or engagement from the hotel about the issue even though they were aware which I find a bit odd. Service at breakfast was slow and I never even got the menu, had to ask for coffee and for the fruit plate and the buffet was limited and rather uninspiring. The ‘adult pool’ music was obnoxiously loud so we actually used the family pool which was more chilled out (adults are also allowed on the water slide there which was as popular with parents as their kids which was fun).

Friendly staff, nice view and pools. The room was a good size and a view of the sea which was nice. The bathroom was big and the shower nice with a clothes line if you need it and lots of useful toiletries provided (sewing kit, toothbrush & toothpaste, razor etc).

Amazing views and exceptional customer service. Unique wildlife from scarlet macaws, toucans, parakeets, and white faced monkeys. Restaurant was very nice also. We booked the Wildlife Refuge tours and they were wonderful. You can tell that the guides, Juan and Sebastian, truly care about the animals and environment that are in their care. We also booked a private national park tour and Eduardo was amazing- don’t go to park without a guide- you see so much more with one! We saw sloths, monkeys, birds, lizards, and a hummingbird in nest!

We loved our stay. It is much nicer than the photos (which is rare). I was really surprised. The waterslide was super fun for adults and kids, the cinema was awesome. Staff were great. We extended our stay and will return.

We loved everything :)

My husband and I had an incredible week long stay at Si Como No! Everyone who worked there was an absolute delight, they really go out of their way to make sure you’re having a great time. I forget everyone’s names but thank you to Joshua, Candy, and another guy who’s name started with an H (Hernan, possibly?). We stayed in the ocean view suite then moved further into another suite closer to the jungle area for some more nature. Waking up to the sounds of birds and howler monkeys is such a wonderful experience, and one I always miss when I return home to the US. The king bed was EXTREMELY comfortable and might have been the best hotel sleep I’ve ever had. The room had 2 fans and a nice and cold AC unit. The second room we stayed in, there was a screen door which we loved to keep the main sliding balcony door open during the evening to hear the thunderstorms. Shower was great, and was always nice and hot. The breakfast restaurant (Rico Tico) has spectacular views of the jungle and ocean, and we were even greeted by Capuchino monkeys one morning! Special thanks to Paula and Omar for their lovely conversation and hospitality :) the breakfast food was yummy, highly recommend ordering the French toast :) We enjoyed afternoon swims and hot tub hangs after our morning adventures: hiking, swimming in the ocean, paddle boarding, and waterfall chasing. Manuel Antonio is such a special place in Costa Rica. Rolling hills, beautiful beaches, jungle, close to other areas like Dominical and Uvita, you really get the best of Costa Rica there!

We loved everything about the property! It’s beautiful and very welcoming! Especially the concierges! Helen messaged me immediately after booking to help us plan our one day vacation! We own a hotel in Dominicalito (Pacific Edge) and so we know that helping plan our guests trip is a pretty important part of their visit. I explained to Helen that it was my daughters 11th birthday and she suggested a jungle night tour, dinner at their on-site restaurant that was fabulous and a spa day before we left. She arranged it all! There was balloons and a birthday note when we arrived and she even had the musician since Happy Birthday to my daughter at dinner and then surprised her with a brownie and ice cream! She went above and beyond for us and so did ALL of the staff! Every where we went on the property everyone was wonderful, kind and helpful! We look forward to another staycation with them very soon!

Only complaint was we thought we would have a room with 2 beds, but turned out one was a sofa bed which didnt have a warm enough comforter (just blankets provided). The air conditioner has a very bright blinking blue light that could light up the room and woke us up a few times.

Nice resort with a fun pool with waterside for the young at heart, and a quiet adult pool for relaxation. Food was some of the best we had during our multi-location stay in CR. Very helpful front desk with easy communication via text during your stay.
