Perfect location, at the town center, but close enough to Laginha beach (10-15 min walk). Parking on the street is very easy. Cozy atmosphere, with a family-like feel. Wonderful breakfast. Beautiful decoration, with an attention to detail. Orietta and Stefano are great hosts and provided excellent tips for our holiday.

Orietta Residencial is located in the centre of Mindelo, close to the ferry, the beach and restaurants. The rooms are in a nice building, everything well maintained and it has a cosy atmosphere. The owner is super friendly, helpfull and I enjoyed a great breakfast with fresh produce every morning. Even car rental was taken care of. Location is very convenient to the center, beach, restaurants. Very comfortable room and well equipped bathroom. They also provide beach towels. The pool is a major plus after a full day of exploring. The breakfast is excellent on the top patio. The hosts and staff are super friendly. They give suggestions of things to do. And they even went above and beyond and arranged an emergency pick up to the airport for me.

Great location on a quiet street close to downtown Mindelo. The owners are gracious and lovely people. Comfortable room, attentive staff, excellent breakfasts (two kinds of cheese and bread, fruit and yogurt, bacon and eggs) and plunge pool. City beach about a ten minute walk.

There was a construction next door for a few hours. If you are looking for an absolute peaceful place you should ask before you go there, because it feels like construction is going on everywhere on cabo verde. It didn't bother us and the hosts had no influence on it. it's all ok

super nice host, lovingly furnished house. Small courtyard with a beautiful, small pool and roof terrace for breakfast. Very good breakfast and centrally located guesthouse. good bed and nice air conditioning. clean rooms. You can easily stay here for a few days. We would totally recommend.

The hosts Orietta and Stefano were incredibly friendly and helpful. They advised us on traveling the country, which was super helpful. The hotel is very charming and has great facilities. It is also very good located to go to the city or the port. The breakfast is also great.

In this beautifully furnished building with a charming patio and pool, we enjoyed the delicious hearty breakfast served on the rooftop terrace. We benefitted from the qiet yet central location, close to the heart of the city, within walking distance of most city sights. We are very grateful to the managing couple for their hospitality, their good advice on what and how to explore, delicious restaurant recommendations as well as helping us organize a great day trip incl. local guide to gorgeous San Antao island!

Orietta and Stefano were great hosts, they made our stay wonderful with an easy check-in, useful recommendations, excellent breakfast, really beautiful historical house with all details in order, cozy pool, nice rooftop, clean and comfortable room. Perfect place to enjoy the interesting city of Mindelo in the amazing island of Sao Vicente. We just can say thank you for everything and we would love to come back one day.
