The door to the balcony on my room wouldn't open. It's not really an issue, as I didn't plan to use the balcony. Besides that the shower and also the hairdryer were outdated.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was big and super clean. The cleaning staff provided new sheets and towels every day. The pool is nice as well as the rooftop lounge with jacuzzi. Lovely tropical vibes; The hotel even bears coconut and banana trees.

A small part of the hotel is a bit older and there was only one plug in our room which could be difficult at times

Great hotel, good value for money! If you want to avoid all-inclusive, I highly recommend this hotel. The pool is amazing, staff is friendly, there is a rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi. It's about 5 min walk from the Santa Maria town centre with all the bars and restaurants! Breakfast is excellent as well! Highly recommend.

Everything was great, friendly and helpful staff, fantastic location, beautiful property, delicious and extensive breakfast 🥞🍳. Remarkable pool area with tropical plants , amazing body wash provided, would definitely stay there again and recommend to others 😊

It would have been helpful to have a leaflet in the room that explains when cleaning personel is coming in, the timings of restaruant and swimming times etc.

Loved having a room with a balcony facing the pool. Enjoyed swimming in the pool. Enjoyed the roof terrace area. Great breakfast buffet with many options!

Sometimes not enough cups/ crockery at breakfast. Next time will book a pool balcony, city balcony very dusty and loud.

Pool was really nice, room was basic but nice. Really good value hotel. Enjoyed the roof jacuzzi. Staff really lovely and helpful. Place met all my needs.

Double booking and one staff 'manager' lying and cheating, showing a different room ( no balcony) in repair. Thus he was lying as this was not the booked room. He 'offered' ( pushed - persisted) us to stay in a different hotel which we would reach by a taxi: no indication where the other hotel was located and what prive category it was. As we insisted, we got a smaller room. We only got the bigger booked room after 4 nights as we went asking ourselves while the staff 'manager' wasn't present. A new woman with a Hotel branded outfit gave us a bigger room as we had booked. Thus not trustworthy staff manager had spoiled the start of the holiday. Please note we had booked for 11 nights while most customers only stayed for 4 to 6 nights. Thus one of the best customers he wanted to spend the money in a different hotel..

The location was excellent. The swimming pool was a good size and clean. 5 to 7 mins walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The resturants nearby are good, for a good price. People and the energy are good. Would defo recommend people to come here.

Unfortunately the water and the wi-fi in the room run slowly at rush hours, but you can take it easy and wait for a while. Connection at ground floor is ok indeed

Very kind and helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast and cosy resting at the pool. The position is perfect, only 7 minutes walking to the pontao and the closest beaches. No stress :P

Hotel very tired looking in certain areas namely the bedrooms. Not sure what the additional cost for the superior room was for to be honest. Not enough crockery and cutlery at breakfast.

It really needs some attention for Maintanance, my bathroom was leaking the whole time.

The location is great and very near the pier, bars and restaurants. I booked a pool side room and was good. Breakfast was fine.

I had paid for a superior room with pool view but on arrival was allocated a room with a city view and no balcony. We complained and were then allocated a room where the balcony door did not close. We complained but to no avail.

We were racially profiled by one of the staff members upon our arrival who was working the night shift. He initially wanted to move is to some place by claiming that there is no accommodation then later changed after seeing my booking confirmation, his behaviour continued throughout our stay as we extended by couple of days, quite disappointed since we have been regular customers

When we arrived the hotel was overbooked and we were moved to a nearby hotel for the first night. It was not the end of the world but it was not at the same level at our and we paid the same amount of money for the night.

In general, everything was positive. Staff was nice and helpful, good value for the price.

The gym tapis roulan didt work at all,food served at dinner had some issues (rice was kind of acid cause cleary was old)
