“Perfect place for a family vacation! The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-equiped. It's only 30 meters to the pool, 50 meters to the Bahia restaurant, and 100 meters to the beach. All these facilities are very comfortable and have spectacular views. Many other nice beaches are within 20 minutes by car, and so are Westpunt (with various nice restaurants), New California supermarket, and Sheta Boka National Park. Willemstad is somewhat further away, about 30-45 minutes by car. What we particularly liked about Lagun is that it is located in a peaceful, natural environment (which is very different from the busy urban southern part of Curacao). Bonnie, the owner of the apartment has made our stay very comfortable. Her communication and instructions were very clear. When driving around the island, we couldn't think of a better base camp than this apartment in Lagun. I would recommend it to any family that is looking for a nice, safe, and beautiful location.”
“The location was excellent. Wonderful water view with sunsets at night. Close to several great beaches within walking distance. The landlord was always available and very attentive to any concerns. We felt very safe in this friendly neighbourhood. Kitchenette is equipped with basic tools for cooking. The weather was always wonderful. Short bits of rain provided a break from the heat and created a lush countryside.”
“The apartment was perfect for a two week stay. It had everything that we needed and the kitchen was well equipped. We cooked most nights and enjoyed our dinners on the spacious patio. The sunsets were beautiful and it was great being able to access the ocean and snorkel right from the property. As well, this area is close to many of the best beaches with two within walking distance. The host, Suzanne, was great and was very responsive to our questions. There is a nice kitty that has adopted the neighbourhood and I hope to see her again. I would highly recommend this property.”
