United StatesI did not like having issues with our AC. That is a major deal for me, especially on a tropical island. I did not like that the floors were always damp, but I understand where we were. There is the beginning of mold around the AC area that definitely needs to be addressed. There should also be maybe a half shower door or something because water gets on the floor from the shower and makes it wetter. I would have liked to see at least 4 towels and 4 wash cloths standard in the room. We had to keep asking for more towels because we had to put them on the floor to absorb excess water from the shower. Lastly, we wished the cover on our bed was larger. It just covered the mattress top and the entire stay one of us was without cover throughout the night. And the birds in the main restaurant were crazy. All over the tables and chairs. This should be enclosed for sure. A couple of nights at dinner I was sweating so bad, I thought I was going to pass out. This should be apart of the construction.
I loved how amazing the staff was!! Everyone was helpful and pleasant. The gentleman who made the omelets in the mornings was super sweet and warm. He got use to seeing my face everyday we were there. Great variety of food and opinions. Very, very welcoming from start to finish.

SurinameSince we were late to make a reservation for the BBQ, the front desk advice to check with the BBQ restaurant, what I also did. I went there at 9:15 pm at the restaurant and although there were open spots, the manager told me that they were full which I could not understand because it was clear to me that there were enough open spots to accommodate people. Furthermore, also at the BBQ restaurant, a few days earlier we were one of the first guests. I was very upset with the situation that we were the last to receive our diner. I had a strange feeling that if was of the fact that we were the only not white people at the restaurant. To be more specific: The waiter passed us by and went to the table behind us to bring them their plate although they came after us and then we had to wait 5 minutes for us to receive our plate. That is the moment that I looked around to see why and at that moment I realized that we were the only one not having our plate yet. I was very disappointed.
The fact that activities are being held for the guests and that the front desk is very supportive.

SwedenThe pillows were so soft that it was a torture to sleep. The hair dryer is installed in the corner and the cable was so short that I had to fight to strech it. The best disappointment was the main restaurant without air-condition. Besides it was open for all the birds... unbelievable disgusting. It is unacceptable to have pigeons there people eat.

PolandUnfortunately, I had no information that there would be inconveniences related to renovations 1.Unfortunately, an Italian restaurant due to renovation, and I don't know what kind of sushi: closed. (and we paid for a hotel with 3 restaurants). There was only a BBQ with lots of smoke. (it was hard to get a reservation anyway). 2.Hotel under construction (no information when booking). Doubled area. Near the restaurant bulldozers, etc 3.Lots of intrusive pigeons at meal times. 4.On the day of departure, renovation of one of the beach bars began 5.We were offered an extension of the hotel day for $20/hour/per person..........

BrazilWe didn't find it convenient to have to pay for the palapas on the beach, since it is inside a private area, where everything should be included for those who are paying for the all inclusive. Unfortunately, the hotel's app doesn't work well, I had a little fever one night and ended up leaving the bed linen a little wet, we requested a change of bed linen and cleaning through the app, in addition to leaving the sign on the door , but we were not served.
Perfect place to stay without worries, just enjoy and relax. Water park for children, swimming pools (with animator), bars, restaurants, private beach, some attractions at night... It really is worth staying there and enjoying great vacation days. Great food, great drinks, great service... Just a great resort!

NetherlandsRoom smells not good… the humidity in the rooms was terrible and I think that there is something with the ventilation not right…. The swimming pool was dirty…. My son had thick eyes after 3 days and we think that is was a reaction on the bad water quality of the pool, off course we do not know that for sure…. But the pool did not looked fresh!
