A rooftop bar was noisy and its personnel was neglecting customers a lot. In example, instead of a glass of wine they brought us a glass of water with a little bit of wine in it.

Location is excellent, close to the central part of the town. Rooms are good and comfy.

AC didn’t work very well & room was too hot! Electric system was 220 instead of 110 (the normal electric system on the island) & therefor you have to have an adapter. Not enough storage for clothes. Room was too small. Room was too basic for the price paid. At the pool there was no shade & it was too hot during the day.

The location! Bed was comfortable! Housekeeping & lobby staff were very nice & helpful!

There is no AC at the loby, the receptionist wasn’t very helpful , they didn’t include breakfast in our reservation even though we asked for it. Our rooms were separate in different floors and we requested all together .

Would be nice to have a parkingspace for guets so they can park the rental car. That was almost impossible. Idea to offer parking spot in the garage near by for a special fee??

Bathrooms were not cleaned properly. Carpets in the hallway are stained. It's a new hotel, but unfortunately, the finishings seem to have been rushed. Beds were too soft for my liking.

Shediah and other staff went out of their way to be helpful. Especially when it came to arranging a taxi. Even when at a different location on the island. And providing anything else that we might need.

There was no view in the rooms. Bed as NOT firm, very soft in fact(hard on the back) And the noise on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night was loud until after midnight!😳

I love the rooftop! Great 360 view of Willemstad! Nice to have the rooftop pool to take a dip in after a day of sightseeing. Staff was fantastic, could not have been nicer. Very accomodating. Got my afternoon ice from the Cascades bar in the evening. The room was a good size and had everything I needed. I loved the BIG shower! 😉👍

The room has coffee pods but no coffeemachine. When frontdesk was informed about this they said they would put a kettle but the kettle was of no use since the coffeepods are for a coffeemachine. There was no handsoap the first days in the bathroom and when they did put one, it was a used one. The mini lotions and such were of no use since they were all dried up and wouldn't come out of the bottle. There were spotlights in every corner of the room but no main light in the center of the room. There's a window in the bathroom that was covered by a black cloth instead of having nice blinds/curtains. This window made the guest uncomfortable since he didn't know what was behind that window, if it was another room, a corridor...

The location is great, the view is nice, the room is tidy.

The large window in the room faces the courtyard and was covered with a large bulky curtain. You really can't open the curtain because you can see directly in the room. The prices in the bar on the roof was pricey. The hotel is still under construction.

The staff was very friendly! The restaurant on the second floor was fantastic, delicious and a must go to for dinner. It was great for the prices and located in the heart of the tourist area!

The hot water in the shower was a bit temperamental, and while we asked for a quiet room, we were placed on the 3rd floor, underneath the rooftop patio, so there was a bit of noise from all the chairs being moved around.

Having bottled water everyday was a nice touch.

You could see that everything was still under construction. Carpet didn't look too new. Windows weren't too clean. For the price we paid they could've included breakfast. Also a very small pool which is only available for the guests for a short time period because of the restaurant up there.

Perfect location in the middle of Punda with all the cute little shops. Very easy to find food around. Short walk to the bridge to Otrobanda. The rooftop has a very nice view.

The Barn-door style entrance to the bathroom defective. It kept falling off the rails. We had to keep the door open. The king bed mattress was tired/overused, squeaked with every move. Both problems could be easily resolved by management.

We liked the centrally located accommodations. The rooftop pool was phenomenal. Hotel staff were courteous and accommodating.

The pool is very restricted due to the bar they have on the rooftop. They close it at 6pm to open tha bar, so we really didn't enjoy this facilitie.

The dispensers of the soap, shampoo and conditioner need to be emptied, washed and refilled with clean products to avoid a bacteria infection.
