We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CuraçaoThe appartement is partly located above the kitchen, which unfortunately means you got to enjoy all the smells and noice coming from it.
The breakfast was really nice, just as lunch and dinner. We stayed in de apartment which was very clean and spacious. it met all our expectations.

CanadaCenter of the island and close to everything! Lots of wildlife on-site, geckos, wild pigs with piglets, parrots, sugar thieves, doves, anole, whip-tail, and land crab all plainly visible from our patio.

NetherlandsThe room wasnt very clean and was full of musquitos. We would recommend to bring musquito repellent. There was a small fridge in the room, which was very nice, but there were no utensils to make some breakfast or water heater to make some instant coffee. When we asked for coffee on an early morning (half an hour before the restaurant opened), we were told that the restaurant hasn’t opened yet. That was not very friendly, since we only asked for coffee. There was only a little trashcan in the bathroom, so we needed to bring our trash in the car to throw away somewhere else. When the airconditioning started leaking on our second day, we were told to move the bed a little.. The hiking path behind the hotel is very pretty, but not maintained and the signs were very hard to find. We would definitely not recommend doing that trail if you are not an experienced hiker and bring a machete.
The location is great if you want to explore Wespunt.
