The staff #1 Thalia was awesome and helpful gave great choices of places to eat another awesome job she did. Staff #2 Alexis doorman was awesome always greeting people. Cleaning staff was awesome as well. The whole experience for me was great.

Our room had a really old fridge that didn’t work and the water never got hot in our shower

The property was beautiful. It was decorated very nicely and very clean. It smells very good and the views of the ocean were beautifully. The rooms were very nice and well kept. The resort had exceptional food and was conveniently located to many great restaurants and the downtown area of wilmestad all in walking distance! If you need a taxi for travel the staff will get one for you no problem.

The staff are fantastic at this resort. They make you feel at home! They are extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone we interacted with at the resort was great. This was my second stay at this resort and it gets better and better everytime!

No immediate beach access but the property has an infinity pool and there is an ocean view.

The staff and location was amazing! The staff went above and beyond on multiple occasions. Any question you have they can answer or will find out the answer. The location is centrally located to many shops and restaurants.

The greeting of the staff at the restaurant needs improvement. I stood there alone while about 3 staff members were fussing about receipts. Then they asked me to wait, but serving your customer should be a priority. After they finally acknowledged me they told me to take a seat and wait AGAIN. As I patiently waited, they let in others before me and then I had to go ask AGAIN to be seated, which was finally done after some more fussing. Then, within a few minutes they brought the check for me to pay and I just started to eat. There should be better etiquette and customer service training to improve their demeanor. When I went for a drink another day, there were at least 4 staff members by the bar. The lady closest to me saw me standing there and it took a few minutes before they even acknowledged or assisted me.

The host and front desk staff were welcoming. Stephany was extremely helpful. There was a nice variety for breakfast. The room was kept clean daily. It was cozy and peaceful. Except for people sitting outside on a bench in front of the room window. Sometimes I could hear them talking late at night and smell the smoke from their cigarettes. That bench should be moved elsewhere closer to the casino.

I have nothing bad to say about this resort at all !!!!

The property was well maintained and very accommodating. It was situated in an ideal location with many shops and activities near by. There was easy access to transportation, most of the time the transportation was readily available and no need to call for one. The staff and treatment was superb, specifically Suli and tiffany, these ladies helped me and accommodated me long before I landed in Curacao. Their attention to detail and providing the best stay for me has been an amazing experience. Our house keepers and and bellmen were very attentive specifically Alexis, they were so helpful the entire stay ! MaryDee and the entire 5’oclock restaurant staff went above and beyond in their service they provided the entire stay, the food, drinks and hospitality could not have been better !!! The overall appearance and condition of this resort is breathtaking and highly recommended for anyone visiting Curacao, I can guarantee you will not be disappointed! I surely will be returning.
