The poolbar is supose to be open until 7:00 pm, but was already closed at 5:00 pm.

The location was very good. Easy walking distance to Otrabando or Punda. The breakfast of Maira's Kitchen was the best! It has limited parking space, but the security guard was very helpful with the parking.

It was not a luxury hotel and some things were not up to the regular standards i am used to.

It is centrally located and close to many attractions. Had good parking. Was so colorful and beautiful. Very very quaint and picturesque. Good value.

The rooms next to the casino are quite noisy, the shower unit needs upgrading, and the floor of the room needs painting or tiling.

I take my son there for this birthday I just wanted the two of us we enjoyed it there the stuff was really nice and friendly we was hoping it have a restaurant but was under renovation but we still go out and enjoyed

Just feels used, but it is, so it makes sense. It's not that I didn't like anything, but you get what you pay for.

It is in a good location. The room is a good size too. You can tell this place is a little worn down, but you pay for what you get. The bed was comfy,, but the floors have been through it. Perhaps they paint or do something. Even though it was clean, it felt a little dirty. Again, you get what you pay for. I enjoyed the pool, but there was poop around. I just ignored it, but it was there for the 3 days I stayed, so I wonder if it is still there now. Anyway, I would recommend staying here if you are on a budget. I think I'd try another hotel, but I'm grateful I was able to book here after my original hotel canceled my reservation.

I tried to check in 4 times on my arrival day and they gave me the room at nearly 5pm (check in was around 2-3), even though I kept coming back asking for it. Also it's very noisy, you can hear everyone on the halls and other rooms all night and morning.

The queen bed was stuck “inside” three walls so one person has stuck sleeping agaisnt the wall and had to climb over the other person to get out. When the bed could have easily been placed another way to allow walking room on both sides (we wouldve changed it but the bed was like built into the wall). Also reception staff wasnt super friendly but who cares we talked to them at check in only

There was an extremely odd scent that came from the bathroom once the ventilation was on and cleaning service was every three days.

I loved the location and the proximity to everything. The staff was very pleasant. They also had tours and car rental recommendations at the front desk which was very useful and thoughtful.

The jacuzzi was not clean during the week I stayed there.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was very close from Punda and public transportation if you want to go to the beach. I also love the the hotel has a casino and there was always staff in the area making sure everything was ok.

It is really close to downtown and the staff members were nice.

The room wasn't clean, it had a middle door with the next room you could hear everything from there, there was only one girl from the reception who was smiling and helpful, the other ones where very bored and they made you feel like your bothering them.

The location is good, not far from the interested areas.
