Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomOn arrival we decided to take the half-board option that was offered but found that it was mis-represented and offered poor choice and poor value for money so no real advantage. Also you had to book the 'specialist' restaurants in advance even though thy looked pretty empty. in fairness, the hotel listened to our complaint and swiftly refunded. Fortunately we found several good restaurants very close by.
Very nice setting with lots of loungers round the pool and in the gardens, and an excellent walkway along the coast into the port 20 mins away and a good bus service right outside. A jetty enables you to swim in the sea. Excellent gym and spa facility. Superb spread and choice at breakfast.

United KingdomMy only criticism would be around the air con, it was warm when we arrived but the air on system is not switched on until some time in April. Staff found a fan for our room, but it would be better if the air on could be more responsive.
We had breakfast included, excellent choice of food, lots freshly cooked to order. So much choice, fresh bread, pastries, cooked, fruit etc. we loved the freshly squeezed orange juice. It was a lovely walk to the harbour and beyond. Very attentive, friendly staff. Wine , fruit and balloons for my husbands birthday. Very quiet location, bus stop outside if required. Loads of outdoor space, with many sun beds. Older population of visitors but to be expected as this generation have more time to holiday! We were out everyday exploring so didn’t see what went on in the hotel during the day. Lots of good restaurants to eat in around the harbour area. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

LithuaniaCleaning service is not at the level that it has to be. Sauna ordering booking system is a mess for the level and size of the hotel. Jacuzzi near inside swimming pool with cold water. How is it possible ? At least Spa and sauna services must be working until 10 PM.
Not bad at all, but for the price we paid it could have been much better.

EstoniaThe weather...haha...but the hotel management can't do anything about that! :D I won't recommend Cyprus as a beach holiday destination in February.
The classic room has a great size. The morning breakfast buffet had rich enough selection to feed us for a week. Beautiful facilities and location: nice promenade to the city centre.

IrelandNothing really.
Great stay. Lovely seafront room, bed was very comfortable. Paphos harbour was 2km away. You could walk here via a lovely paved path by the sea or the bus stopped outside the hotel. Breakfast was really good including freshly squeezed orange juice and eggs cooked to order. There was a very nice heated indoor pool as it was too cold for me to use the outdoor pools. There was entertainment on during the day and also every evening. This was needed as due to it being off season there was nothing open in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. There was also a supermarket in the hotel. Appreciated that the restaurant was kept open very late to facilitate late arrivals. We did not have half board so I cannot comment on the evening buffet. We did eat a few times in the a la carte but just had pasta which was very nice. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Paphos. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

GermanyNothing. ❤️
"Tradition meets Luxury" was what we experienced in the hotel. The location, the facilities, the activities, the restaurants, the lobby, the swimming pools, the spa, the gym, the beds, the pillows and sheets, the cleanliness, the attentiveness of the staff, the attention to details... The beach, the sunset... one doesn't even have to leave the hotel. They have everything a person needs to rest, relax and recover to be ready to face the world again. The tourist attractions in Paphos didn't become a priority. This hotel is highly recommended. We will come back again. ❤️

GermanyOnly thing we did not like : In 2-3 occasions, some food item in the restaurant was stale.
The hotel is conveniently located near public transport, and also accessible by taxi from Paphos airport. The stuff is very welcoming and always helpful. The room was spacious, cleaned whenever requested. There are indoor and outdoor swimming pools, well maintained, lifeguards are available . The spa is very good as well, though a bit expensive. There is a mini market inside the hotel, selling water, swimming accessories, souvenirs and other small items, very useful and the price is also fair. The beach is just around the corner. Also very kid friendly with kids playground and swimming pool. I would specially mention the stuffs at the restaurant Devi, Sanjeev, Bhatt & other chefs and Agni & Amisha in minimarket, and nirmala in reception - thank you guys , you made our holidays very comfortable.

EstoniaSome kids events didnt happen even though it was written on the timetable. Some construction works in the morning.
Everything. Even though it was low-season and few guests, everyone at the hotel was hard-working. Meals were still with many choices, programs for children and grown-ups, indoor pool warm, lifeguard watching etc. Comfortable beds, well-equipped rooms, maids cleaned every day invisibly. All the workers smiled and even children seemed to be welcome.

NetherlandsThe only thing we didn't like was the view from the balcony was a bit obstructed, (we were in the second floor)
- The room was nice and quiet - The breakfast and dinner were really amazing. We didn't book for dinner in advance, but we chose to have it there almost everyday as the spread was amazing and the price was very reasonable - The indoor pool was heated and very relaxing - In the outdoor the water ride was really enjoyable (though the water was a bit cold due to winter) - All the staffs were really nice and very friendly - There was plenty of parking
