Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CyprusWe found a deal that was value for money. The location is excellent, just above the beach. The cleaning should be better considering that it's a 5 star hotel. Beds were not that comfortable. The breakfast and dinner had a lot of choices, but the quality of food was not as expected (especially for dinner).

IrelandThe hotel facilities were really nice especially the pool and outdoor areas. The location right on the beach is amazing and the staff were all really nice too. The gym here is decent for a hotel gym. The bedroom was a little bit basic and the beds weren't very comfortable. I found them to be very hard. We enjoyed our stay as we got the hotel at a very reasonable price.

GreeceOld renovation in the room (old bathroom) no mini bar in the room, bad view on the parking side. I wish better assortment on the dinner, as almost all dinner was not too tasty, just basic food. Old swimming pool inside and spa zone, definitely needs renovation.
Good outside swimming pool and nature nearby, despite the old renovation in the room - it was clean and cleaning every day was perfect. Good breakfast with prosecco and fruits

CyprusThe lunch and dinner at the hotel were descent. While the quantity was sufficient, the quality and taste of the food needs improvement. However, the breakfast and the food served at the pool bar were very good. The curtains in the room didn't close properly, allowing too much light in the morning.
The food and service of the pool bar were very good. The guy there (Andreas) was very friendly. Generally, the staff was very polite and friendly. The rooms were big enough, the shower was great and the beds were big and comfortable.

Cyprus- Check in time is at 14:00 and lunch finishes at 14:30, which makes it almost impossible to make it for the lunch. However, we were allowed to have lunch on the next day (departure day). - Since we missed the lunch, we were proposed to use the kiosk for sandwiches or burgers. Instead, only toast with ham and cheese was available. - Indoor pool area was cold, thus it was really uncomfortable to use it. - Staff (both reception and restaurant staff) was more than helpful and friendly! - Food was great! - Generally, in my personal opinion, it demands some extra effort to make it a 5-stat hotel.

CyprusIt is a personal preference, but neither I nor my husband can relax and enjoy pool or sauna or dining when it is full of people, especially kids and teenagers. During our stay a junior football team was accommodated in the hotel and it spoiled it for us: too crowded, too noisy, too loud. Lifts were impossible to catch, and children kept riding lifts unsupervised by their parents, even though there is a hotel rule against it. We made this reservation well in advance, and the price for 2 nights HB was less than 1 night stay BB (thanks to Booking.com special offers). We shouldn't complain. We figured that in future we'll simply avoid staying during weekends and/or holidays.
This is our second winter break in Constantinos hotel. For us the reasons to come back are: spacious rooms, modern and pleasant interior design, large beds and great quality mattresses promoting high quality sleep and relaxation (which is very important for people with health conditions affecting mobility), high ceilings, cleanliness, very polite and attentive "invisible" personnel, food quality and selection is very decent. The hotel literally stands on the beach. The sauna complimentary hours now for 4 hours per day, which is great improvement from last year, and heater pool in this cold weather is a great feature. This time around however we didn't use the pool and sauna facility, the hotel was full, too crowded for our liking. An important thing to consider during booking is to pay extra for a room with a view. Since we used Booking.com special offer, our room was a more budget version, a bath instead of a shower, no hairdryer (the bathroom pre-installed devise was faulty and wouldn't work properly), all switches were manual and no automatic curtains.

CyprusCarpets in the corridors were filthy dirty. Broken tiles in the room bathroom, dirty floors and dated bathroom suites. There was a gusting football team - Why was the gym closed to support them? We all pay the same. Steam room closed/broken and the sauna only open for 4 hours a day.
All inclusive.
