I will say it as it is: we were pressured into writing a 10 star review by the host by her buying us gifts and telling us how it would ruin her rating if we gave less, and she wouldn’t have let us leave otherwise. In reality we’d rate it 8 stars but we felt bad lowering her score, so we are giving the 10 stars. We felt that wasn’t an okay thing to do, we felt coerced and intimidated. Things that could be improved: send check-in instructions sooner, there was a lot of back and forth before the host realised we never got the lockbox code and by then it was after 6 p.m., shower was constantly flooded because the glass door only covered it partially, no hot water at kitchen sink, was awkward to bring hot water from the bathroom to do the dishes, no smart TV… I would like to emphasise the apartment is actually good but the host needs to change their approach.

The sliding bathroom door is made of glass, wish it would fit closer to the wall when closed.

Pretty much everything: nice spacious bathroom, kitchen and washing machine, comfortable bed, beautiful view, a beach nearby, available parking space.

The aparment was maybe a little small for a family of 4(2 adults and 2 children).

The location was absolutely incredible. 5 mins. by walk to the beach and to the Protara street(heart of Protaras). The interior was very nice, the apartment was clean and newly renovated. Fresh bedding and towels were being provided by our request during our stay. Maria was very hospitable and keen to do everything to make our stay comfortable.

Maria is a great host, she showed us some Greek hospitality with wine on arriving and some cold drinks in the fridge which I thought was a nice touch. The apartment has a sea view with a balcony which was a nice way to start the day having our breakfast. The air-con worked well so kept us cool through July and the WIFI was fast so I could stay on top on my work commitments overseas

Amazing place ❤️The apartment has everything you need, and Maria is the coolest host we have ever dealt with. She is just lovely and really helpful. The view from the balcony is magnificent, the location is perfect, the area is quiet and peaceful, and the best part of Sunrise Beach is just a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is much more beautiful than in the pictures. Protaras is ideal place for relaxing holiday, and we are already thinking about coming back next year! Highly recommended!

Absolutely perfect apartment. It was new, clean, very quiet, excellent equipped and good size for two persons. A good beach is 5 minutes walk. We had a fantastic stay at the Nicholas Seaview Apartments. Great quiet location away from the noisy bars and restaurants but close enough to get to with a short walk. We had gorgeous morning sunshine and lovely view of the sea from our balcony. Very close to numerous beaches and a short bus ride away from Nissi Beach and Konnos beach. Apartment was great too, everything we needed and nice and clean. Maria our host was lovely, checking in on us and helping us with any questions or requests even providing us with a delicious watermelon which her dad grows 😀 we snacked on it all week ! Thank you Maria for everything and we hope to be back next year.👍

Location just perfect, 3 min walk from the beach, restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment is placed at an exceptional location which is very close to the most famous beaches of Protaras. Amazing host, always available to help. Maria was a fantastic host, she met us at the property and was very welcoming, the place was 10 out of 10 clean and she was on call if we needed anything. Amazing place, Fantastic and modern apartment. Beautifully situated, fully equipped. The property is absolutely stunning, a great deal of effort has been made with the decor and was fully kitted out for self catering. Kitchen had all required equipment and crockery Including coffee maker washer. Spacious, with comfortable bed. Beautiful seaview ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The apartment was better than we had expected.
