Loved the property with an indoor heated pool. Has plenty of pools, although not all open at this time of year. Food was excellent with a great variety to cater to everyone's needs.

The hotel isn't 5 stars but the price is low (compare to other 5 stars hotel prices).

We were staying 5 days and we loved the view from the room. The breakfast and the dinner were delicious and the wifi was strong. All in all, everything was fine.

Large room with bigger then standard double bed,balcony with amazing pool &sea view,good long walkway along the beach.Wide choice of food for breakfast,lunch,dinner.All staff in the restaurant incredibly friendly polite many thanks to Kiran&Pinky for looking after us and my mother in 90s. Public area clean with plenty of sofas to relax again waiting staff really friendly and helpful special thanks Jyoti for keeping us hydrated.lovely Indoor &outdoor pool with plenty of sunbeds.Our second visit to this hotel.

Hotel is ranked as a 5 star but due to not be maintained as a 5 star it lives a bit of bitter taste, (broken door lock, swinging pool balustrade, very stained corridor carpets. Unused furniture piled up in a visible place for guests, resembling a homeless fortress. One more thing I need to mention is that the main door of the room and also the WC front door in the public area were VERY heavy ( I had to help an older lady to hold them in order for her to exit the toilet). I hope that my comment will help in resolving those issues so the hotel will be back to it best look and functionality.

We were upgraded to a room with a private pool, but did not use it as it's not this time of the year for us :). The staff was very helpful & friendly. The buffet outrage exceeded our expectations for all 3 meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner). The location is amazing and the walking path at the sea front is taking you until the city center which is unbelievable (we used rented scooters as it's not a short distance, which we found just in front of the walking path).

The room was a bit dated, and the room was definitely not 5 stars. The worst part was the indoor swimming pool. It was too crowded, guests were getting in the pool without showing first and diving and jumping in the pool without any consideration. Nobody was looking after this area, so it is not safe to use.

It was right on the beach and has great potential regarding the facilities.

Extremely busy a couple of days with nowhere to sit and have a drink in inside bar area; entertainment could be better.

Upgraded to swim up room which was lovely to have large outside patio area. Comfortable seating and sunbeds with plenty of sunbeds available. Food was of good quality and staff were attentive.

We booked for 3 people but there was no extra bed, so we had to ask twice. Food could be even better, but they already improved the quality, so I am happy.

The Russian receptionist at night shift was very rude and arrogant. The bedsheets were clean but had an unpleasant smell 2 lights in the room ( one ceiling and one reading light by the bed ) were not working and the fan in the WC

When we arrived, we have in our room no bathrobes, nor slippers, nor water. We asked 5 times (!) to bring it to us and also extra towels and pillows and received it only by the evening. The building is a bit old and needs maintenance.

Food was great, location is amazing. I also like the inner pool, although, there were a bit chilly. The sea view from the rooms and dining room was stunning. The cocktails were good enough

The rooms are definitely not 5 star! Only one very thin pillow each, no spares. No glasses for water, no slippers, stains on linen, no door on wardrobe no proper lock on door, no luxuries!! Broken chair on the balcony. The carpet in the corridor desperately needs replacing!!

The public areas of the hotel were good, bar/waiting staff very good. Outdoor areas great.
