Glass wall between the room and the bathroom make it very not comfort to be transparent in the toilets or bathroom it was curtain that if you close it while washing yourself it stick to you The same need to add soap every day all the rest was good as it was in the previous times

we ask for a refund for the not fulfilled promise about the indoor pool and not quite room.

There was no pool, though we had phoned before and asked if it will be, they said it was a storm and they were repairing it afterwards, we were very dissapointed and asked for a refund. Also the tractor for cutting grass was working for hours though we were promised to have a quite room.

The all in inclusive drinks some were very poor quality Safe only with gin or beer the brandy was shocking,only negative though everything else was good

We enjoyed staying here very much. The hotel is large, as everything in it - the rooms, the dining room, the pool, the verandas and lawns, all the hotel areas. A lot of space everywhere which is great. The service is excellent, very kind and considerate. The breakfast was good, as well as the bars. The hotel is located right on the beach (the beach is rocky), a short drive from the city center. The atmosphere is easy going, very pleasant. A really good hotel to stay in Paphos for a pleasant time.

There are very few vegan options. And beside the side dishes, there were no other options. Even the salads had animal products in them. As far as gluten-free, there was almost nothing, especially for desert.

The staff were nice, we were upgraded to a better room. The family suite was really comfortable even for family of 6.

Dark room with not much lights. View from the room wouldn'T have been the problem, but it was looking to the front of the building, and sometimes it was loud at night when people came/gone to the hotel.

The cocktails were a hit or miss far too sweet for me , although bar over pool area was so much better. Previously went last November and the food seemed much more choice with themed nights . Ie not just chicken curry it had Indian curries. My sister was vegetarian and was disappointed with limited choices

I would say the hotel was not a 5 star. I would rate it as 4 star. Evening meals were very average. Pool towels had to be used for 3 days at a time. hotel needs a good uplift. it was a pity nearest sandy beech was a 15 minute walk away. Entertainment was poor on most nights.

Aqua park was good, but had to pay for drinks over there. Larisa I think the name of the blond women is, from the evening bar, was asking me to show my all inclusive every night every time I asked for a drink, didn't seem to be doing this to other guests, I did not appreciate the way she was speaking to me at all, very rude.

Mexican restaurant was my favourite night, the bar on the top was also really nice. The pool bar was great during the day, Emmanuel life guard was very friendly, great guy. There were also a lot of other nice staff at the dinner.

Cold water in the pool. For a 5-star hotel, the interior of the hotel would need renovation.

The house rules let the hotel down. Amenities inside the hotel close at 8pm when most people would use them. The all inclusive packages are a trap, they only give low quality bad stuff. Everything half decent you have to pay for. Even a frappe, the cheapest coffee on the island is extra charge! Pool water is extremely cold.

Big outside area and well maintained in communal areas. The room was exceptionally good with amazing views. Comfortable bed. Nice gym.
