Really bad smell of urine from the bathroom, even after I asked for them to come and re-clean it, it still stank. It really put us off immediately. The pool in the garden bit was full off dirt and leaves. We thought there would be a hot tub but there was only one in the spa area, which was also dirty and the water was green, we didn’t want to get in it.

place needed updating, tv channels did not work, the sofa was stained and very uncomfortable. There was no children's playground as on pictures. The indoor pool area needs renovation, the toilets and showers are in terrible state. jacuzzi did not work.

We stayed in January on the first floor, and the floors were very cold. We had to keep the heating on constantly, and eventually, it was comfortable. Slippers are a must indoors! The rooms and facilities could use some updates, as the place feels like it was nicer a few years ago. However, I believe it would be a cool and pleasant stay in the summer. Note: There are no kids' programs available on TV.

Located near the entrance of Aphrodite's Baths hiking trails, this spot offers beautiful natural surroundings, making it a great choice for families with kids. The breakfast is simple but satisfactory.

Pool and sauna in bad condition, jacuzzi with ice water, steam room not working. Working hours of pool declared from 8.00 a.m, on 9.30 was still closed. Facilities around indoor conditions, very old,.

The room wasn't ready when we arrived, so we went to the pool bar but there were no staff, after 20 minutes I phoned reception and they sent a barman. The next day, all the bar s were closed. The heated indoor pool wasn't heatrd, the jacuzzi was sectioned off, the steam room wasn't working and the salt water pool wasn't heated. The restaurant was only open for breakfast but not dinner so it was a 10Euro taxi ride to find food.

The rooms/ apartment are in villa- like blocks. After looking at the photos, we decided to book a studio apartment rather than just a room but the reality really didn’t live up to promise. The photos show soft furnishings on the sofas, rugs on the floor, pictures on the wall and potted plants. The reality was a stark apartment with none of those finer touches- See attached photos and compare to the studios on the site. None of the outdoor pools or hot tubs attached to the blocks were clean and functioning. Staff members were also housed in the same block guests were allocated. Breakfast was ok if you got there early but wasn’t replenished if you were unfortunate to leave it to the final hour of service. It also promised an indoor heated pool but we were told upon arrival it wasn’t actually heated so it was too cold to use. I think in the height of the summer season, and with some renovation, this could be a great place to stay but the photos need to be more honest to reflect what you actually get. It just needs fine tuning to be a fabulous base.

The location was great if you have a car ( which we did) and ideal for exploring the area. WiFi was good, the studio apartment was a good size and the kitchenette a bonus for self catering. It was ok for a couple of days in the winter months.

1. The cleaning staff was really loud (I could hear them even while at the pool; they were frequently shouting to each other). 2. Cold water in the pool. 3. No pedestrian walkway to the city (we had to use a car to get anywhere). 4. Hard-boiled eggs cooked for 10 minutes—7 minutes would be enough. 5. Noise from the road.

First day all OK. Second day at 8.55 am cleaners woke us up by ringing the bell twice. By the time I went to the door they tried to open the door and I screamed at them not to enter and they said they will come later to clean the room which they never came back to clean it. Same day, we asked the reception to prepare the Jacuzzi and they asked 40 euros. Instead they asked us to use the common Jacuzzi in the swimming pool for free but unfortunately it was out of use with red tape! The room had no phone to communicate with the reception. The bathroom window opened in the lobby with too much noise from passers by going to their rooms and it was uncomfortable for us using the bathroom. Breakfast was good. Parking was good. The room apart from the wc window it was good. In the kitchen below the counters needs attention, there are no doors and the plumbing is visible. We are expecting some kind of reimbursement for all the happenings. Thank you.

On the pictures it looked waaay prettier :/ based on other people's positive comments I guess we just got the worse appartment... Furniture worned out, the pool bellow us dirty (not a nice view), inner pool kind of doggy - dark, not so clean, sauna didn't work... It was hard to find thr entrance to the hotel, since the sign looks more like an advertising panel.

We booked a room based on the pictures of the specific room we saw on booking and when we arrived they gave us a room that looked nothing like the pictures on booking.com. I requested to speak with the manager who told me that the place changed management in 2023 and the pictures on booking.com where from the old place. I find it utterly unprofessional to run a place with pictures of something other than what you are currently offering. After the management changed, the first thing to do should have been to update your information online to be accurate since people book based on that info. This is completely irresponsible. Regardless of this surprise the manager and stuff were very friendly and offered to change our room to another one that we liked better but still far from what we have originally booked. The place in general is in need of urgent repairs; is simply falling apart. The veranda of our room (C14) was collecting every day a big pile of pigeon feathers just right in front of our door which I find disgusting and of course ended up inside our apartment. The main door was sometimes difficult to lock and didn't feel safe. The area around the restaurant is also dirty and falling apart. And there is a big pile of garbage on your way out of the parking area with a stringent smell. The wifi in this place is non existant. I wasn't able to connect a single time on it in the 3 nights we stayed there. The breakfast was ok. From the past reviews and pictures on booking.com it seems like this place used to be great but certainly no more. Is pity. p.s. this is far from being a 4 star hotel, as is advertised on booking

breakfast was horrible and cold. pastries were stale, even the coffee was bitter. The AC didn’t work to full potential in front room where I had a child staying on the sofa bed. The fridge smelt, staines on the walls and toilet paper was like sand paper. complained about the AC and asked for some fans. was told they didn’t have any. It was not a 4 star hotel as advertised. more like a 2 star at best. The hotel needs to be more truthful, as the pictures looked lovely but reality is very different. There are garden chairs in the living room as a table seating, the cleaning was disgusting around the hotel and even the fake grass looked dead! Very tired and in need of extensive refurbishment. Avoid!

However, the room was quite small and definitely overpriced. Additionally, the jacuzzi was dirty and unusable, and the hotel's exterior seemed to lack proper maintenance and cleanliness. Overall, despite some positive aspects, I expected more for the price.

I recently booked a room at this hotel for my parents-in-law and had mixed feelings about the experience. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the location was excellent for exploring the area, and the breakfast was good.

Pool staff sometimes were rude. Need to be more polite to all customers. The rooms need maintenance, i.e. lights were not working, bath tube was broken, floor is deteriorated and needs polish as it is marble, indoor pool was full of mold and moisture and bad smell and you could not stand them more than 5 minutes and therefore almost no one was using them. The playground looked like abandoned for many years! Etc.
