Outside noise can be a bit of a nuisance. Other guests needs to be asked not to talk too loud on their mobile phones. All Wwindows need mosquitoes netting...especially the bathroom. Bathroom and bedrooms need 2 coat hangers on inside each of the doors. Bathroom had nowhere to hang clothes whilst in shower. Rooms could do with a mirror.

No breakfast supplied but good kitchen facilities. Rooms vary in size and atmosphere. Mine was tiny but l have stayed here in a larger room previously. It's a bit pot luck! However...this is definitely my favourite place to stay in the city. Value for money, affordable, parking, great corner shop opposite, lovely cleaner ladies, excellent linen, spotless.

Other guests didnt keep the common places clean

Excellent location in the centre, walking distance to the bus station, shops, and border point. Room was small but ok, ac was a good bonus.

The icy cold temperature in the common room made the stay uncomfortable. It is not heated at all, including the shared bathroom.

The location is ideal, as it only took a 5-minute walk to the intercity bus station in Nicosia.

Room and toilet doors cannot be closed without some strength and effort. Door frames seems to be giving way. Owner accused checking out while locking the door and left with keys in room. But actually the cleaner didn't push hard enough to open the door with broken door frame. Kettle is filled with calcium and not comfortable to use.

Location is great. Near Ledra Street. Room is decently clean.

Pretty clean, good mattress, many places to put your stuff in, big balcony, shared space such as kitchen and tv room.

•it was cold •smoke smell (maybe would be useful if u specify clearly that people are not allowed to smoke inside cuz some clearly do and smell is unpleasent) •would benefit from a microwave and toaster •room 5 didn't have a proper wardrobe If these will be sorted will give 10 next time ,promise !

Not the fault of the accommodation, but someone left the shared bathroom in a pretty disgusting condition. The bathroom is a bit cold in the winter. No garbage can in the room.

The girl who cleaned our rooms was very nice and she let us store our luggage in the room before check in time. Really central location, close to the old town and the bus station.

The hostel is good, the size of the room is ok, the bed is comfortable and the shared bathroom is clean. The check-in is easy. The hostel is around 5 minutes away (walking) from the central bus station and it´s a walk of less than 5 minutes to the Turkish/Greek boarder. Super markets and good restaurants are also nearby. It was a good stay and I would absolutely recommend it!

the bed was a bit too soft, almost about to break and i weight not much so it was not due to me, also, the communication was a bit impersonal, the room could be a little bit bigger, but there is nothing really problematic that i would explicitly dislike,

There wasn't anything I don't like. But now it's been turned into a hostel that means I won't be able to stay there again as I like separate rooms

Location in a busy area, potentially noisy. There is no reception desk or anything, so if there is a problem (e.g. with other guests in the shared flat) there is not much you can do. There is only one toilet in the flat, which is not much when the flat is fully booked.

Very central location, everything within easy reach. Good value for money. Kitchen was well equipped. The room was small, but okay for a few nights. Wifi was good, communication with hosts excellent.

Location is very good, near the center and close even to the Turkish border check point, helpful people, larger quiet room.

The shared toilet was in the shared bathroom; that’s a bit unhandy. The beds in our room were broken; in other rooms they looked fine though.

Very good price (20 euros for 2 persons in central Nicosia), top location, room could be darkened at night. There were enough of cutlery and kitchenware in the shared kitchen.

Stupid check in/check out times (3pm/11pm). I wanted to check in 30 minutes earlier, this wasn't possible. Matrace wasn't that comfy.

It was quiet but located very central. 3 rooms + "living room' (very small but with couch + tv). Big kitchen, balkony, decent bath room. Clean. Good pillow.

The communication with the owner - they were not helpful at all. They sent me a message saying that I should let them know if there is anything that I need... so I said please I need a plug adapter in the room as EU plugs don't work in the sockets. They just told me they don't provide it and I can find it myself. Then I asked about luggage storage after check out... I had to send them 4 messages before they would respond... and basically no there is no luggage storage option after checkout which has to be by 11:00. The owner was not helpful or flexible at all. They also sent some strange message saying extra charges would be added on if I didn't leave my bedroom clean when checking out. On the topic of cleaning, I stayed 3 days and the bedroom wasn't cleaned even once in that time. AND... there is BIG noise from the street outside so unless you are a very deep sleeper you will be awake the whole night by drunk people screaming. The balcony going past your window is a shared balcony, so... not super safe unless you keep your window closed all the time which means no air. I gave the review a 6 because the bed is comfortable and the location is good... but really that is all.

The location is good, 5 minutes walking to the check point. The bed in room 2 (twin room) is very comfortable. The wifi sometimes works. BUT... BUT... BUT...

The rooms and beds are nice. A lot of wardrobe space. Room has a balcony. Everything is clean. You get towels. Bathroom is shared - cleaned everyday. There is a small shop at opposite corner and a parking space. Ledras street is a minute away. Communication with owners is great. Everything was well explained before coming to the apartment. The photos on the web are as in real life. Would recommend and would book again.

It was a good stay but there is always space for improvement. There was no silence signs (from 10pm to 8am) in the flat and depending on who you are sharing the floor with it can be noise even after 1am. (remind you are at the city center and it can be noise outside anyway). There was no microwave in the kitchen and no signal on the TV in the common area. I missed to have a mirror in the single room as the only mirror for 4 rooms on the floor is the small one in the bathroom. It could also facilitate if there was a bin(rubbish) basket in the room. Bathroom was always cleaned, but the bathroom’s floor being old just looked like it wasn’t properly cleaned.

It’s 30 seconds walking to Ledras street and 3min walking to the walking cross border point and the Peace sign. There is a very handy mini shopping on the corner, and plenty of places for food around. It’s is also 7min walking to the main bus station so the location is what makes this accommodation worthy.
