The beds are very hard and the walls are thin , you can hear noice from rooms around you . The restaurant prices if your not all inclusive is a bit pricey.

It's probably not the newest hotel when it comes to facilities, but nothing critical

Among all of my trips, the restaurant here is the best by far whether it's breakfast or dinner. Big area with huge swimming pools.

The shower was not 4*, but adequate. Coffees were not great. I miss the days when you would get a pot of coffee or tea brought to the table. Or nicely prepared cappuccino. I would have preferred a double bed or the 2 singles made into a double.

Spacious rooms. Great breakfast, omelettes and poached eggs cooked to order. A very large selection of food. Ideally located 10 minutes walk from the sea front, surrounded by a myriad of bars, restaurants and taverners. The hotel looked great for kids.

For all inclusive the cocktails was horrible the staff have to practice. Kids pool was dirty we was to the hotel 4 days they clean only all the other pools and kids water park pool no one come to clean. Also you can see that the white grills where the water goes were full of mold. Need more attention to the kids pool.

The food was very nice also the staff to the restaurant was very pleasant. The room was clean.

The quality of furniture in the room - the bed wasn’t comfy and the couch was old and very creeky. I didn’t like that there was no drinks service at night time, it’s understandable during the day but should be happening at night. The chairs in the evening area where the stage is were not comfy. They were the same as during the day time - pillows / comforters should be added at night.

The entertainment was extremely good. The pool area was lovely and not too busy. The food was brilliant, very tasty. Reception staff were extremely helpful. The room was spacious and the air con was very good.

Vapers having to sit with smokers in smoking area. Not a lot of option for food for non all inclusive customers. Sun beds are a pain as they say you can’t reserve till 8.00, came down at 8.00 and sun beds were all gone.

However, our arrival was marred by a disappointing interaction with the manager. Upon check-in, we were confronted about whether our 3-years-old child needed to pay extra for meals (for all inclusive package), despite having booked a family room. The manager's attitude and approach were less than welcoming, making us feel as though we were trying to deceive her, which left a negative first impression. Aside from this, everything else was wonderful.

We had an overall excellent stay at the hotel with comfortable accommodations & great amenities.

Gym doesn’t open til 10am. Why? Meant I couldn’t go all week. Spa manager is pushy and intense. Sunloungers uncomfy Bathroom amenities quite poor. Shampoo conditioner combined was awful.

The opening hours of the facilities are a bit annoying ( 10 - 10:30 ) - breakfast was good but the same everyday, its mostly “english breakfast” but i advice to change the food from time to time - local alcohol is not that awesome and this is what included in the package of allinclusive

It was welcoming and clean, staff were smiling and tried to help, territory is not big but you have all you need, loved the kids waterpark, it perfectly matched to 3 years old. Food was mostly really good and worth the all inclusive

The food was not good. Almost every breakfast item was bland and the dinner was low quality too. I also think they need to invest more in the rooms itself because the rooms are very basic and don't match the cost.

The outdoor facilities were excellent, the staff were great and the resort was very clean.
