No value for money! Totally over priced. The room is basic. The corridor to the room entrance was not welcoming. There was no microwave.

Looking at the photos of the place and room you would hope to get more of what you receive especially the price, the room was so expensive for what it offered and the bathroom was very plane although it was clean but expected more for what you pay. to get a pool towel (NOT for beach they dnt offer that), you have to pay deposit and go collect form spa then return at certain hours to spa so you can receive your cash back in reception.... a bit of a hassle just for a towel. and its those simple details that really change your experience in a hotel! The coffee machine at breakfast offers instant coffee and not actual coffee... as said its simple things,

the location is great and I believe in a couple of years will be even better as the street around there are all being renovated more beautifully and new cafes and restaurants will be opening too, a good short walk to the beach and also historic area. staff were very friendly and helpful. great for family with kids.

This is a 1-star cheap motel. Our room was garbage view (and not inland view). Garbage view means that we had a view to a broken neighborhood from 1950s and a view to a big garbage collector. Building is old. The whole corridor is broken. No shadow in the pool. We had to pay deposit in cash for pool towels (10 EUR per towel).

Good food and pool bar. Nice kids club. Nice shows at the evening.

Very old, doesn’t look like the photos. The rooms are very very simple and old style. At night us and two our babies couldn’t sleep due to the activity the hotel made for the guests just under our rooms window (two singers with load music) until 11pm.

The location was fine, the kids pool was nice.

Our room called inland view had the worst view ever.The hotel is a courtyard surrounded by buildings. It’s pointless to stay in this hotel, knowing that the beautiful Mediterranean Sea is few meters away. Not even a peak view of the sea , instead we had garbage view. You get fooled by their website content.

The room was very dirty and very dated definitely not a 4 star hotel, the hotel was very crowded no space in the pool, carpets leading to the room very dirty. We had dead bugs in our room and the air con was not working properly.

Restaurant was good and chef was very helpful with our son’s allergies.

it was very noisy, the doors were difficult to shut so people were slamming these all through the night, meaning I didn’t sleep very well. it was also very expensive for the room I had.

The service and staff was incredible, all very welcoming and ready to help. The breakfast was also great with a chef to prepare fresh omlettes and other types of eggs per order. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would recommend it for anyone who wants a nice vacation with great location.

Very loud and crowded, very bad value for money(we spent 290 euro for 1 night for 2 person with 1 kid) We had an impression that it is a cheap sea hotel for 70$/night, not a 300$/night

just before 9am I was in the bedroom getting dressed and my partner was still asleep when a member of staff let them self in the room I obviously panicked given I was half dressed and woke my partner up who went and asked what the staff member was doing, he advised he was fixing something but we hadn’t been informed of this and did not give anyone permission to enter the room. if it had been 2 minutes earlier I would have been naked. Unfortunately because my pruned had slept in we were in a rush and didn’t have chance to complain at the property. It was really unprofessional and quite scary given the circumstances.

we should of chose a pool view. The room we booked had a very dull view.

The staff were exceptionally professional, caring and friendly. The hotel was spotless clean and beautiful. Breakfast and lunch was delicious. The pools were just perfect for our family of four. I haven’t been this satisfied with a hotel stay in years.
