Althoigh it looks great in pictures, reality is a bit dissapointing with rooms. It wasn't clean as expected, sheets with stains, hair in the room and overall cleaness is not on satisfying level.

Location of the property was good, 1 minute walk to the beach. Staff was helpfull and friendly.

Very good food, varied cuisine. Close to the sea, good location of the hotel. We really liked that the hotel had an interactive program every day at 9:00 p.m. We also liked the room space. Large bathroom and the room itself.

It was very hard to find a banana lounge at the pool. Guests put their towels very early in the morning to have the lounges reserved without being there...

A bit hard to find it because there are other hotels with the same name. Location was perfec, so close to everything. Breakfast and dinner were superb. Staff very helpful and friendly.

only one gripe. the animation team with their pool aerobics. Even though the majority of customers around the pool were in their 50 - 60s the music was ramped up full volume and very unbearable. even with just three people taking part and regardless of people asking for the music to be turned down. Spoilt the whole pool experience.

the location was perfect. so close to all of the amenities, beach, bars , restaurants, entertainment.. We booked a relatively short three day all inclusive stay and enjoyed it immensely. We had noted a few bad reviews regarding the food, but as a group of six mature adults, we had absolutely no issues whatsoever with the food. Drinks were plentiful and good quality. Bar staff and the dining room staff were excellent. A very good variety of food, especially the dessert counter..

Not too sure if I should put it. Just noticed one girl who attended tables in the restaurant. She seemed never happy and saying things behind customers back. Perhaps she needs to spill it out to management? It gets very noisy at night from the streets outside till about 2am. This can be disturbing to sleep. But suppose it's central Protaras and all bars are open..

Perfect location to walk to the sea for a morning swim, loved it! Absolutely delicious food and huge variety. Rooms cleaned daily, and the girls work really hard, considering it's been +30 all days long. Car parking - easy and comfortable. Reception - very helpful. I recommend it by all means!

Fantastic location, great sound proofing in the rooms, you hardly hear anything with the balcony door shut. The room, bed and shower were great also, very comfortable nights sleep. The staff are helpful and lovely.

Bad Points: didn't change bed all week, sheets weren't the cleanest, didn't sweep the balcony despite being sandy. the heat lamps over the food station clearly weren't working and everything from that area was cold unless you got it when it came out i put the hash brown's which were nice through the toaster

We had no real expectation of the hotel it was booked late and cheap. Good Points: location excellent, staff friendly and helpful especially desk and restaurant staff. Good pool area walk to everything if you wanted to. Very cheap if it was that or no trip to Cyprus which is a beautiful island. glad we didnt go all inclusive which meant we just used it as a base too hit the beaches along the coast away from Protaras

Very uncomfortable sun loungers and chairs, no cushions. Very limited bar. Room cleaning very poor, one day not serviced at all!!!!

We couldn't sleep in our room because of noise from the local bars. Our windows and terrace was closed but the music was too loud so we had to buy earplugs since the noise was from 21h till late at night - 1 or 2 pm

Location of the hotel is great, everything is close - beach, bus station, restaurants and bars. Food was excellent, pancakes were delicious

Maybe floor in apartment wasn’t cleaned every day we saw sand on place where we put sun umbrella…the bed linen was not changed once during the stay The internet is very bad, the speed was about 5mb/s, which is bad for those who use a laptop for work, for example..it’s free for guests who booked from here but if you booked the accommodation in another way, the internet costs 24 euros for 7 days or 10 euros per day i don’t know. The drink that the waiter offers you is charged at the end of your stay, there is no price list anywhere and you don't know how much it costs...be careful and ask them for a price list, 2 sparkling waters cost 6.40 euros for example..

Every day you got clean towels, shampoo and shower gel.. the bed is comfortable.. Food is good and you won't go hungry, but it's nothing special, plenty of choices of food, sweets, fruits and vegetables, we have had half board and you can choose if you want breakfast and dinner or breakfast and lunch.

Staff immediately removes breakfast food and turns off water/juices/coffee machines at 10am (sometimes even before) Dinner drinks are not included in the half board which is not stated when you book it

Gym could do with a refresh but has what you need.

Great location, just 2 mins from the beach and 2 mins from the main strip. Has 2 pools, one bigger one and one smaller one. Food was good, usual fully inclusive sort of food. Breakfast was great and always fresh. Bar staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms were cleaned daily. Would stay here again.

It could be cleaner, pool especially. There is only one elevator per building and it is slow and crowded.
