It is good to have staff that speaks greek. There were some waitresses at the restaurant that were really rude with the residents of the hotel but overall our stay was very good. The Cypriot cleaning lady for the rooms was really smiley and happy!

The location was really good. You can go on foot to the beach and to the centre of Protaras. The room was cleaned and very comfortable. The food was ok. The common user places were not very cleaned.

1. Excellent breakfast, good lunch. I think there should be more choices. Did not have the chance to check dinner. 2. My room condition was very good and clean. However the bathroom needs some update to be modern and aligned with the bedroom

A bottle of water in the room, as the tap water wasn't good to make a tea or coffee with! It could do with a bit of a revamp in some areas!

Breakfast was great, good food, good service, great choice too. Beds comfy, could do with an extra pillow though, and on my Birthday they brought a bottle of wine and fruit to our room! Lovely gesture!

Bacon too salty not real British bacon and sausages small and rubbery not real British sausages room wardrobe doors a little dated but ok, location noisy till 1am bring ear plugs otherwise you will hear faint noise from strip.

Pillows!! Night staff rude

Lovely hotel in the best location possible. 2 minute walk to beach and marina where boat trips leave from. A 10 minute walk will take you to the next beautiful beach fig tree bay. Plenty of Restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. Well stocked Supermarket 1 minute away with everything you could possibly need and also not expensive. Hotel itself is lovely, rooms are small but adequate. Only downside was the pillows. Only 1 provided and it was awfully lumpy. When I asked for another it became a huge problem resulting in staff being extremely rude and unhelpful and resulted in a staff member calling me a name in Greek. Obviously thinking I couldn’t understand. Ops. Most of the staff were really nice and efficient except those mentioned above who were night staff. We witnessed them behaving the same way ti other guests also

Jedina zamerka je na centralnoj klimi koja preko noci cesto prestane na duze sa radom pa se ne odrzi postavljena temperatura i ume da bude prevruce.

Sve pohvale za osoblje, smestaj je bio jako udoban i cistili su svakodnevno. Hrana isto odlicna i raznovrsna. Rado cemo se vratiti opet u ovaj hotel.

The air conditioner In our room wasn’t really working well, we told reception on our second day (evening) and they said someone would come in the morning to check it and they would move us if couldn’t be fixed but as that would have been our 3rd day of our 3 night stay so we didn’t bother, but they would have sorted it sooner if we had mentioned it sooner

The pool was great no fight for Sunloungers And location just a few minutes walk to the beach, our room was a bit dated (not one of the newly renovated rooms) but our room was clean and had a lovely view of the pool. The staff was really lovely and helpful.

Did not realise when booking that it was a Jet2 hotel and almost everyone was on all inclusive. Very noisy guests and external noise even with patio doors closed.

I asked if and where there was a gym in the hotel, and i was told to take the elevator to the basement. The basement was in very bad condition, with no lights and a bad smell due to no air and humidity. The "gym" was abandoned. Everything was covered in dust, and all the equipment was dangerously rusty. It was a health hazard, really.

Perfect location, very nice and friendly stuff, renovated spacious, bed & toilet where perfect. Breakfast was okay.

Good location,the beach is nearby, markets, and everything else that can make your vacation more beautiful. If you don't want to go to the beach, they have a pool., A large selection of food and they always have a "reserve option" for our youngest who are not fans of strong flavors. Interesting nightly entertainment, wonderful staff. A special greeting for the restaurant manager! See you next year
