The rooms are not clean. I had to change the room after two days, because it is not clean, hot, and very annoying. The outside sounds can be heard. There is many spins coming from windows , it’s 3 stars but in my evaluation 1 star to much .

The room was very old and had a weird smell. It was very hot in the room and there was no fan. When we asked the staff for the fan (it was noted as part of their facilities), they showed us the hair dryer saying thats a fan!

The room was quite warm and stuff as there is no air conditioning, but we knew there wouldn’t be air conditioning when we booked the room so it wasn’t a problem, and a fan is provided in the room too.

The hotel is in an excellent location within east walking distance of central Prague, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was nice.

2 days before check-in, the ambulance car took my little girl to the hospital. I reported this by e-mail on the same day. I kindly asked their understanding and willingness to compromise, so we could go later. I understand the policy, which I was aware of when I made the booking. (Cancel, or changes can be possible 3 days before the arrival). However, in life there are exceptions and unexpected situations like (accident, death,etc). Booking also called them on phone, which they did not answer, and wrote email, which they also declined. The customer service staff at Booking were very nice and helpful, they claimed they had never met such a rigid, inflexible accommodation provider. They did not even reply to my second message. If I could give 0 star, I would give it. 0 ⭐️for empathy and humane decency.

It is not even close to what they state in the offer on booking. Old furniture, the windows of the room look into other windows. a bathroom from 100 years ago. Poor hygiene. Aggressive staff, and a wax-faced woman in the restaurant. We got very little for what we paid.

Unfortunately I’ve just left the Czechia Hotel because it wasn’t what I expected at all. When I’ve booked the hotel the photos of the rooms and bathrooms seemed ok, but upon our arrival we met a room far from what expected. There was no climatized function and the bathroom was really not what we saw in the pictures. Next to the toilet, there was an air conduct open, the towels were not well cleaned, plus the curtain of the shower was really dirty because of the humidity, it seemed it was not washed for months. I couldn’t take a shower there.

the staff in the hotel were absolutely shocking.. when we arrived the staff at the front desk was not helpful at all.. I had booked 4 rooms and we couldn’t pay separately.. also had to check ourselves in as the staff member was lazy and wouldn’t do it for us even though it was his job too. Beds and rooms very dated wouldn’t give it 3⭐️ it was more like a 1⭐️but that would be generous!!

I had asked beforehand to have breakfast early on both days I was there which they said wouldn't be an issue. The first day, sadly there was nothing arranged which caused me to miss my train and have a 2hr delay because I had to wait to get any food. I regretted waiting for breakfast and not buying something at a bakery or a supermarket, because it was not very good. The coffee was really bad. The breakfast consisted of I guess local foods. A lot of heavy meats, tasteless prepackaged cheddar cheese and some kind of sweet cake. The juice tasted weird. The second day I got a prepackaged breakfast which was very kind of them to do, but it was just not good and not enough for a busy day. Two slices of very tough bread, an arrangement of meats, some cold scrambled eggs, a small slice of cake and an apple. Nothing to drink. Don't be tempted to book here because it includes breakfast. You will be disappointed. My room was large but didn't have a lot of amenities, for that large of a room two chairs and a table or at least a desk to work at would have been nice but it was just a large, mostly empty room. When booking, I had the option of choosing either two beds or one king size one, and I chose the king size but got two beds pushed together. Only one side of it was made. Not even two pillow covers. I was hoping for a large bed with a nice large duvet cover to get comfy in, so this was very disappointing. The bed was comfortable though. No complaints about the bathroom.

The staff were very friendly and spoke English. The hotel is at a great location, everything you want to see or do in Prague is easily accessible from there. There's a tram stop right outside the door. The room was clean and large, and the bed was very comfortable. I liked the windows that were able to open all the way, which made it easy to cool off the room (I personally don't like warm rooms). The bathroom was clean and fine. There's a hair dryer and a mirror with good lighting, the toilet and shower were clean and the shower had good pressure. There were balconies on every floor for smokers, which means you won't be greeted by a smoke cloud whenever you enter the hotel. The room was nice and quiet, even though it's on a busy street in the center. I got quality rest at night. There's a 24hr reception.

Room is extremely loud (street & tram, also you are next to the stairs so your heat people walking by and talking. The people at the reception talked in t he nicht and you hear everything. Even after asking them to be quiet they kept talking.). Room has a weird smell. Bathroom is dark and old. Breakfast is a joke with literally only trash food to eat.

This is a dated hotel which unfortunately looks better in photos than in reality. The walls have ugly stains like someone spilled something, the corners in the bathroom are poorly made, the water in the sink was not going down the drain quickly enough, the plug (for the TV) in the socket had exposed wires, the telephone had so much dust when I grabbed it, gosh, this hotel clearly is in need of good housekeeping. The breakfast room does not have heating, and the management knows it hence they put a portable heater there but it still does not help. The dining area is uncomfortable and cold. The breakfast was very underwhelming, not tasty, all I had tasted like cheap supermarket food. I was disappointed. However, the worst part of my stay was the nonchalant attitude from the reception I received in the evening. I was there for one night (Friday night) and of course my only source of entertainment was the TV. It did not work. So I called the reception, and was told that nothing could be done, but they would call the technician when available for the next guest. For the next guest??What about the current guest? The person clearly did not care and did not offer to even come and check the TV, did not offer another room (I doubt the entire hotel was booked off-season in February). Anyway, it was very disappointing to see so much indifference from the hotel with regard to the comfort of their guests. Eventually I realised the problem was with the plug and I fixed it myself, although some channels were still not functioning well, I did manage to watch the TV eventually. The overall experience was unfortunately unpleasant and I don't think I will ever return.

The bed was very comfortable. The gentleman who greeted me during check-in was amazing. Please convey regards. The location of the hotel is good - right near the tram station (make sure to have the local currency (coins), the ticket machine did NOT accept cards).

The breakfast is a little boring if you a vegetarian like us, but the food is nice. We didn't have a fridge in our room.

Really nice hotel. Clean, quiet and the staff is firendly. The city center is close, the price is really good. I loved the interior, nice colors and furnitures. Everything you would need is close: shops, supermarket, drogeria, bars, bakery, coffe shops. I can wholeheartedly recommedn this hotel! :)

In bathroom there was trong smell like mustard. Bathroom was clean but old. Plastic cups. Old electricity. Door without card (only key). Very thin walls. Loud guests in next room. Filth on carpet. Smell in room probably from carpet. No elevator in hotel - we heard every single arriving guest during night and music from reception.

During breakfast temperature was a bit low but that is all what I can write here.

We have just came back from this amazing hotel. We liked the location of hotel as it is in the center of Prague. Room was big enough and warm, bathroom was good size and clean. Public transport was around 1 minute from here. Breakfast was typical European breakfast but we liked so much. Staff was very very friendly and helpful if needed. Highly recommended hotel as it is in very good price and perfect location for sightseeing.
