How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The reasterant/ bar attached was HORRIBLE. We were there for about a half-hour the waitress saw us and not even a greeting, so we left and went to a different place. Also, the beds were hard. It's a decent place but not what I thought it would be for the price.
It was clean, and breakfast was good. We made it the night before the pool closed for upgrades...

There were a couple of stains on the carpeting. It may have been shampooed, and this may have been something that wouldn't come off, because the carpet did feel damp, but it was also over 90 degrees out and extremely humid.
The staff person working when we checked in, immediately helped us even though she was busy with something else. She greeted us warmly and got us checked in promptly. The breakfast was good, the coffee was great.

Ordered pizza @ restaurant .. the worst we've ever eaten .. no flavor in the sauce, slim toppings @ $2/a piece .. Extremely disappointed .. service was marginal at best .. would not recommend We not knowing booked our stay on another booking site .. the hotel website had a cheaper rate, but the hotel would not budge on what we paid .. lesson learned, but so disappointing
Breakfast was very nice .. lots of choices & tasted good Pool was clean & grandkids loved it Enjoyed the bowling Nice room, comfortable beds

The jacuzzi room smelled a little like cat pee and the coffee was bitter
Clean quiet hotel and great staff. Nice breakfast and comfy bed and huge tv! Will return here!

The pool needs a good cleaning. There was candy or food at the bottom of the pool.
The attached bowling alley was a great activity to do with our kids and the restaurant food was good.

Extended stay without maid services. Would have liked a daily check for personal items (shampoo, toilet paper, tissues, ECT.... To be replenished without having to keep asking for items

Still not the cleanest place I have been, but much better than my last stay a couple of weeks ago.
Gave this place a second chance because I had to come back for another early morning appointment. Had a much better room on the third floor. Much cleaner and even had tissues this time for my nose. Slept well and had everything I needed for my short stay overnight. I would say I would come back again.

I thought the king size bed was uncomfortable, however my husband was fine with it.
It is connected to an event and entertainment center ( where I got married). I stayed there for my 3rd anniversary and enjoyed the entertainment center and The hot tub in my room and my husband enjoyed the 2nd tv in the separate area of our hotel room while I slept in.

Between 2 rooms, 1 king and a double bed room, 5 adults, my parents. My wife and sister in law and I did not like the beds. Between tossing and turning, I could not get good sleep. My mom said she could feel every cross member under the bed

The value for what we got really didn’t match. The biggest complaint it about the attached bar and grill, but that is anything the hotel can control.
It was close to where we needed to be. Great walking path nearby.
