The colorful beautiful walls. The restaurant with delicious food. The service there was amazing.

We got an handicapped room on our first day. All was really uncomfortable coz it’s a set made for disable people which I understand. But somehow the toilet was really high and had to change our rooms the next day. The receptionist was really nice and welcoming. he changed our room and all was forgotten.

My stay at this property was excellent, largely due to its prime location—just a short walk from the tram, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with hot showers and excellent water pressure that made for a refreshing start to each day. I highly recommend the wellness amenities, especially the private jacuzzi session, which is well worth the extra cost. The staff truly stood out; they were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything I needed. The breakfast was also impressive, with quick service that ensured I could start my day without delay. Additionally, having private parking was a great convenience. Overall, a fantastic experience!

The room was the right size and had a table and chairs. Plenty room in closets in case you wanted to unpack. It was very hot the day of our arrival and the room was hot!! But they did have a good size fan. Everyday there was a wonderful breakfast display with different fresh breads, cold cuts, cheese… but also warm breakfast and so much more! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood and a very short walk to the tram that takes you into the city. We would return if we would vist Prague again.

I didn’t like the size of our room, for 7 nights it was a bit small and it had only one chair (whereas we were two).

I liked the facilities a lot;the wellness, the restaurant which was open until late and of course the rich breakfast with a variety of food.

The room was exquisitely clean. The shower was so fantastic. The facilities were superb. I could have happily stayed in the hotel for my entire stay. It was very centrally located. The staff were wonderfully helpful (special thanks to Vlad and Kyrlyl who were really helpful when guiding me about things to do in the vicinity and friendly). I am already planning my next stay in the Colorfactory hotel in early 2025. Thank you so much Colorfactory for such a great stay!!!

We had to use the secondary car park 1km away and left our car there the entire time. While this wasn't an issue for us, it could be for others. The spa could have been warmer in temperature too but overall we were very happy with Colorfactory.

Friendly and helpful staff, facilities seemed well maintained and overall a great location. The little extras really made us feel welcome such as the use of spa facilities and complimentary drinks. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend Colorfactory to others!

Very nice stay. Courteous, friendly, helpful. It was our wedding anniversary and we were given free use of the wellness area for 1 hour, including a bottle of delicious sparkling wine. I also lost my EC card, which I was able to pick up again at reception :) Thank you! The breakfast was very extensive and delicious, the e-scooter and tram connections are great, everything is easy to get to. A great stay and recommended, we would love to come back! Thank you very much for the lovely time.

There was no air conditioning, but there two fans in the rooms.

This hotel is great, especially the parking and pet friendliness. The staff is super helpful and we had some compliments from the hotel. We received a lot of recommendations from them as well. Prague center is easily accessible via tram 17 (8-9 stops). Prague zoo is also close by, especially by car. The breakfast is great with a lot of options. We had to pay 20€\night for the dog, however is it very convenient. Night recommend this hotel and for will be back there.
