The hotel does not offer breakfast, Furthermore, the check-in process was quite strict with timing, and there was a long queue when I arrived, which made the wait rather frustrating. Additionally, the arrangement of the twin room beds was a bit funny and not what I expected. Another downside was the lack of laundry facilities, which made it inconvenient for longer stays.

The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to the tram right in front of the building. This made getting around the city incredibly convenient. Additionally, the room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment to relax after a day of exploring.

The hotel is a bit far from the city centre. It's very close to Vyšehrad, so you still have quite close to city's main attractions. The distance wasn't a problem at all for us, plus you have tram stops right around the corner. The hotel itself is clean and quiet, which is another advantage, comparing to rather noisy historic Prague. The personnel was nice and helpful. They were willing to help with some small requests from us. We enjoyed our stay.

My stay at union was very pleasant. The hotel was clean and tidy. I was very impressed by daily change of towels and tidying of my room, the staff went out of their way to ensure a comfortable room. I was attending a conference at a different hotel and it was close by but a lot of steps to hike up

I didn't like that I booked 1 double bed, but found 2 beds pushed together, very inconvenient. And they didn't fix the problem either that day or the next day.

i can confirm the smell of food, no shower gel. Coffee machine in the room was just left on the desk without socket for it so i have to move it. Also the coffee machine container for the water was dirty so i had to wash it. Carpet not great. I did not need air con, but also didn't notice the remote for it.

Good for the price i guess . Clean room, coffee machine is plus. I like that the sockets is next to the bed.

The windows don't seal out city noise very well. Since a train line is next to the hotel, it can be quite noisy at times.

The location, right next to Vysehrad Fortress, is very beautiful. The hotel has a lot of vintage charm. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms.

Everything was great, the room had everything we needed. We were in the cold season and the room was warm. Everything was clean, the room was big, good location. There were streetcar tracks on our side but they didn't run at night and it didn't bother us in the evening.

Not that easy to find a parking spot. We were lucky that one car was just leaving but it was the only close to the entrance at that moment.

Tram stop right in front of the hotel. Very good connections to the city centre. Cozy rooms, nice stuff.

Tram lines next to hotel can cause some noise early in the morning. Parties at bars below the window can cause some noise late in the night. Consider using earplugs, if you're sensitive. A bed can be a bit short, but only for tall persons.

Location - close to Vyšehrad, convenient access to public transport. Nice bargain price in my case. Coffee machine at the room. It was a great deal for me, sinse I had a party nearby and didn't want to drive back home late.
