Comfort of furnitures were really bad. Especially pillows and beds were quite strange.

Hotel was fine from every aspect. Not perfect but good enough. But location of hotel was amazing in my opinion as in just 1 min away there were bus and tram station which let you travel city center in just 8-10 min.

TV didn't work (It helps me to get sleepy). A big part of choosing a hotel is the coffee facilities, but the fancy Nespresso machine didn't have instructions and you only got 1 pod per stay. An actual kettle would have been preferable.

Although out of the centre, the location was good with a tram stop right outside. Not many food options around, but lidl was a few minutes walk away. The room was lovely and warm, and the hotel was always clean.

We only slept there, we were sightseeing and didn’t spend much time at the hotel, so nothing bad just very basic.

Super basic, quite dated but great value for the money paid.

There was issue with the water pressure in the shower and the curtains on the 5th floor offered no shade, so we could not sleep in the morning.

Hotel facilities in general were grand for the amount of money we paid, especially its location, close to all sightseeing. Most importantly the staff members were very very helpful, pleasant and polite when we asked for help. Thumbs up!!!

2 minutes to the tram stop. There is a Lidl shop very nearby. It opens at 7:30 in the morning. You can buy fresh croissants and breakfast items :) The room was clean, Elevator is goog working.

despite the fact that the bathroom had been remodeled quite nicely it had a very strong sewage odor, some black mold in and around the shower and rather bad lightning in the bathroom, the room also needs some work in the electric department, there is only one source of light, the ceiling light, not bed light and a bit of dangerous extension cords abd well the once royal carpeting could need a replacement with something more modern and more hygienic

this place is from bygone times with nice high ceilings and old furniture which does need a bit of furniture oil to bring back the old shine, a very firm bed to my liking and a very friendly nice young lady receptionist who let me occupy the room a bit earlier than normal check in, the location is not in the downtown area but right next to the old Vysehrad fortress with plenty of public transport right in front of the hotel and some nice local restaurants and coffee shops and the hotel offers a pretty good Wi-Fi which perfectly replaces the non existing TV last but not least I would stay there again it is after all pretty convenient

- Pillows are huge, which some of us didn't like. - Parking is mentioned as available, but it wasn't clear immediately that it's street parking, and the street parking is a nightmare in the city. Use EasyPark app to find a parking location and pay for the parking.

+ Staff is nice, hotel is nice, excellent value for money. + Rooms clean, bathrooms well maintained, bath tub was a nice thing to have. + Coffee machine (can do hot water for tee) and coffee capsules and tee bags are a nice touch.

Furniture a little worn ,curtains odd sizes badly fitted.

The wifi connection didn’t work properly. Only 2 coffee capsules for a 2 nights stay. They did the bed but didn’t clean the bathroom (?) that’s weird. Ok for the price but they can improve a lot.

Nice location in front of the tram stop, in 20 min you are in the old town. Nice staff.

Good location , friendly staff , that’s all. Room not very clean, dust on furniture, carpet was dirty, some spilled paint on the entrance, 3 coffee capsules for 2 people for 2 nights, you have to pay for extra, one spoon for stirring coffee, non-working TV, the duvet have some dirty marks on it

Breakfast. "Italian breakfast" coffee, juice and a croissant is 200czk. Not enough in this price.

The beds are very hard, it's just a thin mattress sitting on plain wood, the sofa bed very uncomfortable.

Just a small thing - I was calling 6 times during 2 hours to the reception before my check in (just wanted to ask if I can come earlier and leave the baggage there before check in) and nobody picked up the phone.

The location is great (8mins by tram to Václavské náměstí), very basic simple room, but there is everything you need. The bed(matrace) was very comfortable, I appreciate that you cant hear the noise from other rooms. The room was clean, I have to say that I was nicely surprised!:)
