“On arrival it was a little difficult to communicate as I do not speak German and the evening staff do not speak English. However, we managed and all was well. As the hotel reception is in the shop, I could easily buy some food and eve a tin of beer or bottle of wine. The room was large enough, the bed comfortable, the bathroom large and very clean. I had a great nights sleep wit no noise. The cooked eggs, bacon, sausage breakfast was much better than the cold buffet breakfast I expected. There is plenty of parking on the fuel station forecourt. The standard was far better than I expected for the price I paid.”
“The room is small but quite adequate. My overall poor score is due to the dismissive and dishonest approach of the staff and management about the complete lack of wifi. I was given the run around by various staff for over an hour before being put in telephonic touch with the Manager who basically informed there that there is no wifi, they're not going to do anything about it and I should just shut up and accept it as the wifi is free anyway.”
