The atmosphere was a bit weird, lots of families and children screaming around. Also one of the people in the room was snoring very badly so I couldn't sleep

None of the usb ports on the beds worked since all of them had been broken. Also the kitchen only had 1 bowl which was annoying.

There was no fan or air conditioning so the room was ridiculously hot making it very difficult to sleep. There was a lot of families so not very social and not a good place to meet other travellers.

Staff was very unfriendly. When I asked where I can store luggage after check-out, he bluntly told me to come back and ask later.

There was no air condition, which made the room very warm and humid. The beds were a bit hard. The locks on the bathroom door and to the shower didn't lock.

Simple check-in through and automat at the door, no need to go to the reception desk. You got as many key-cards to the room as you wanted. And the checkout was also simple. Very good price for one night.

Normally the check out time on the weekends is 11 am, but the cleaning lady started to knocked on my door and tried to enter from 9:45…I clearly said to her no, but she did that one more time 10 minutes later, and 2 more times after that. I tried to speak with her and ask her what time is the check out time, and she don’t speak English, and she opened my door and entered my room while I am still in the bed and have no clothes on. It makes me really really really not comfortable at ALL!

There was noise at night from the doors of the other rooms. Despite the fact that the room was comfortable, I couldn't sleep from the noise of the doors. Moreover, a group of 5 friends made the check in to the room at 1:00 at night. They made a lot of noise trying to make their beds and staff. As a result I could sleep only for 3-4 hours.

The room was in the -1 level. It was a room of 8 beds. It was very clean and comfortable and I really liked it.

The apartment is convenient for families with kids. It was clean and confortable. It is only 2 stops to Stuttgart hbf. We love the apartment

Putting the sheets on the kids bunk beds was a hassle. Their policy is to only make 2 beds (we had 3,and only one made) but I had to go back to reception to ask for linen, cuz they forgot to give me any. I would have liked to have it on the bed. The bed was not very comfy, the street super nosiy until late at night. I did not rest.

Clean enough, the bunk beds were very sturdy and well designed.
