You have to book room cleaning of you require it. The room heating system was not properly working. Our room has two unused bunkbeds at side of the room.

The place in near the central of town. So you can get anywhere easily.

Sometimes a bit noisy.

The place was as expected. We booked a 4-bedroom room just for us, as we were a group of friends and the room was good. The location is great and there are trams to the city center. The room was clear and comfortable.

The price for parking is more than your stay. The second door of the room wasn't there to prevent bathroom noise when others are sleeping.

Clean bathroom with good facilities and well designed. Good design overally.

The light bulb is defected and our room was so dark. We asked the staff to change the new one but he was busy with other guests and din’t have any tools. Anyways, he was trying to be helpful. We only stayed there for 2 nights and mostly didn’t stay in so that’s not a huge problem with the light bulb. Just hopefully next time there will be instant support on the customer’s concerns

It’s very near the main train station. We could catch trams just 2 minutes walk in front of the hostel

Receptionist is rude. I changed room twice because of lamp on bed not working. First time I change, the female receptionist claimed it was difficult to find another room and it took her 3 minutes searching for one, but she didn’t press the mouse even once in the process. Changed another room, now not only lamp wasn’t working, the usb ports also didn’t work. Had to pack up everything again and go back to reception, and this time the male receptionist got thing done without complaining once. I get it, it could get quite cheap so I still give 8/10

The shower room has a lot space and come with hairdryer and shampoo. Comes with heater for drying towels.

Very noisy due to a school group staying at the same time as us and in the corridors the whole time.

Location was convenient and the room was large and clean.

The kitchen is pretty poorly equipped and everyone shares one key only. As it's large and cheap many school trip would stay here that may be pretty noisy sometimes.

It's close to bus terminal. The room is clean and comfortable enough with private bathroom and toilet separately.

It was a dormitory room that I took. There was no proper place to keep our luggage. It should be our responsibility to keep our luggage safe. You should be much better together, individual locker than an open one.

The property is the centre of the city. Tram, bus stations are easily accessible.

That they didn't have locks to lend to lock the lockable storages, I had to buy specially and it was Sunday, so I couldn't find. The options in the vending machines are limited and expensive. The receptionist didn't tell me everything I need, so it was a few times going up and down for nothing.

The bed is very comfortable for a bunk bed. The price. Lockable storage in the room for your bags.

The room was mixed, there were people with underwear drying in the bathroom and in the heating. We need to be more attentive with the extra services of each visitor. When I arrived there was a person in the bathroom smoking, I understand that it is something that is out of their control but smokers are a problem.

There were not enough electrical sockets in the room. For the sheets, you need to ask the staff to receive it or else they do not remind you to get one set.

The first room I went to had a very bad odour. The room wasn't ventilated (or maybe the other travellers had the windows closed). The reception was super nice though and swapped my for another room no questions asked.

Friendly staff who were very accomodating and attentive, great location. Other traveler were very friendly
