The only weird thing was that our room had a characteristic smell when we got in. We kept the window open for a few minutes and it was gone.

The staff was really helpful! They answered our emails fast and kept our suitcases for a few hours since we arrived early without any issues. They were also kind during our stay. The location was amazing, there is a Rewe, a U-Bahn and S-Bahn stop just some steps away from the hotel. Additionally there is an Aldi around the corner. Sound isolation was also fine. Se had no issues.

The thermostat in the rooms and common spaces was attuned at a quite high temperature so we woke up in the middle of the night because it was too warm. Something that can be easily fixed because we still prefer being warm than being cold :) but we forgot to mention to the reception.

Very convenient position at a quiet suburb of Munich just by the U-Bahn and S-bahn, 2 supermarkets and some cafés and restaurants nearby. Comfortable rooms, essential amenities but it had overall everything we needed for our short stay.

Only one minus is location, necessary spent 30min every day in both direction to achieve city center and then return back to the hotel. It could be not a problem at all in case of some discount versus another options, but in our case the price was pretty "above an average"

Hotel was pretty cool/modern & comfortable for us. We spent a wonderful time in Munich! Huge plus is breakfast: tasty, heavy - with huge choice of pastry!

Definitely need to make something with shower, because there is no way to stop water going outside the shower and make all bathroom floor fully wet.

Bartender was a very nice guy from Moldova and gave us good suggestions on places to visit in Munich. Room was clean and beds were comfortable

The rooms are not provided with a small refrigerator which surprised us given the room price (admittedly during Oktoberfest).

Location was excellent with good transport options to central Munich and a supermarket, bakery and other dining options nearby.

We were not huge fans of the shower, as it got water everywhere because there is no door. The TV is older and did not have many options (a smart TV would be nice for guests).

The beds were comfy, and right next to the metro which made it very easy to get around to downtown Munich and to the airport! The hotel has a great restaurant right in the lobby with a friendly staff. Sparkling water was left in the room for us to enjoy; we loved that!

The bathroom floor needs to be renovated. I guess because there's no door in the bath making the floor always wet and the flooring to soften.

The room is directly to the S- Bahn and U-Bahn. Easy access to transportation plus it is near Rewe a small grocery store. Car garage is also at the site. They also have Bar inside the Ground floor where the breakfast is held. It is a cozy stay. The room is also really sound proof, you will not here the busy streets. Restaurant are everywhere too. Cleanliness is top.

I had very small amount of towels. After my towel got wet and needed to be changed nobody brought new ones for 2 days. I had to ask reception for it. NOT ENOUGH TOWELS, sorry.

The staff try to charge me twice for breakfast and parking, end up arguing over my booking. After I show them the reservation they did apologise. SHAME a very nice hotel has got unqualified personal,this is big minus.

We booked 2 hotel rooms including parking but at arrival they told us parking is full and we need to pay £15 euros for an spot behind the building Also the staff member at reception was not polite and he act like it is our mistake 🤷🏻‍♀️

Good size room, clean and comfortable. Good location. Even though far from the city centre, train station and subway next door, it helps to get to the city centre faster than by car.
