Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel is in a good location, as there are train and bus stations nearby, as well as the phenomenal Porsche Museum. There is also a LIDL close to the hotel, and next by the hotel is a McDonald's and an Italian pizzeria. I liked the room, which was minimally furnished, but still had everything needed. The heating can be adjusted. The breakfast was excellent. Realistically, how much can a person really eat for breakfast without being satisfied with the selection - eggs, cheese, bacon, salads, cereal, cookies, coffee, tea, juice, etc. I would such at home. The dining room is beautiful, spacious and quiet. I also liked the lobby, where every detail was taken care of. Pleasant music, just to my taste, flyers, a book of impressions, a map of the world, where you can mark where you came from - a very nice touch. The reception staff, especially Tristan, whom I send my regards this time, are more than helpful. They do their job well and in a relaxed manner, and are always at your service. All in all, the hotel has my recommendations, and if I come to Stuttgart again, I will definitely stay at this nice hotel.

It is next door to a busy McDonald’s. Quite far out of the city but perfect for Porsche.

Lift wasn't working and given a room on the 3rd floor. No kettle or facilities to make a drink.

The rooms overlooking the fast food parking are very noisy at night and they get really hot during the summer. The pictures of the rooms do not correspond to the reality.
Clean room with very comfortable beds and nice bathroom.

There is so munch outside of young people, the whole night drinking and yelling.
It's all ok. The beds are absolutely perfect!

Intermittent or not working Wi-Fi. Breakfast was mediocre. Dusty side tables. Dirty corner shower floors. Little fridge not cooling. Rooms were not cleaned or serviced for a 2 nights stay!
Location is close to the Porsche Museum.

We liked everything
Nice hotel. Italian restaurant attached to the hotel which was handy as we were travelling onto Austria on motorcycles the next day. We stayed 1 night. Friendly English speaking staff. Garage below hotel was €14 a day It is very close to the Porche museum too ( 3 min walk)

No air conditioning in the room meant sleeping with portable fan on and window open - was uncomfortable and noisy making it difficult to sleep..

For what to put cooker and microwave owen into room if there not souce pan and even teaspoon or cup????
